They call my work phone and home phone every day, several times, leave no message or if I answer, they hang up!

They are a debit collector. I have had enough of them. They are looking for my first wife who has NEVER had my phone number or EVER lived in my house. We have been divorced for over 20 years. They are in violationh of the Fair Collection Act by continuing to call me for her information. They doo not know how I know who they are looking for, but she still lives in our old house and when you do a search for credit history, my name shos up as a previous address. Total BS if you ask me. When I asked who it was calling the guy said Pinnacle Finance. I asked for his "real number" and he asked me why if she doesn't live there. I wanted to turn his a** in as what he is doing is illegal. My current wife is a hi up banker and I am very aware of the leagalities of collection.

They call me about twice a day, every day.  Official story is they are a debt collection agency.  I don't owe the company they "represent" any more.  I asked for a mailing address so I could send them a notice that I wanted the debt verified (what you should do in case of mistaken identity for debt collectors) and they told me I could dispute it over the phone.  Then they asked for my social.  I hung up.

i keep getting calls for a family member.
i have told them a number of times this is not her house and do not call here again, but they continue to call.
when i asked what the name of the company was...i was hung up on!!

Call and do not leave a message. Call two or three times a Day.
