You presume much about this persons situation, you are rude, judgmental, additionally there's a good chance you are also a hypocrite.

Got a text message from this number about a "$100 gift card"? Maybe I'll use a land line to check what it's about.  Never had any contact at all with Virgin Mobil, if that's who's calling.

I GET SEVERAL CALLS A WEEK FROM THIS NUMBER, AND NOBODY IS EVER ON THE LINE. TOTALY PISSED OFF. IF IT IS VIRGIN MOBILE , I SUGGEST NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. PASS IT ON !!

If this is a clear scam and everyone knows it, isn't there some sort of way to shut it down??

l've had  a lot oc calls from this number ,  if l do not know the number i don't answerit.  need them to stop calling

I got calls for 4 months every single day until I got fed up. They kept telling me to talk to the person calling me - but there was NO ONE THERE! After asking to speak to supervisor after supervisor, I finally threatened to send a letter to consumer & corporate affairs if I received any more calls. I've never received another call.

I get this call at least twice a day, and it just started 2 weeks ago out of the blue. to top it off I'm not even a virgin customer

It would sure be nice if Virgin Mobile would stop calling me! I paid my bill in full online and they said you need to top up your account. Why? Im on a three year contract with the company. Sure the companies british but i thought European products were legit well rounded working companies that cared about the user.

That's been our experience, so we quit answering and now they are calling three or four times a day.  My son has had nothing but problems with this outfit, so obviously they are a company not to be recommended!

This number shows up on my call display a couple of times a day sometimes, I've quit answering.

I dont have any Virgin services at all. I get these calls a couple times a day for the last few days and theres nobody on the other line, i called them back and they asked me for my phone number, i didnt give it to them, i told them im not with virgin and told them to stop calling me and the terrorist on the other end said theres nothing they can do about it.

They call me roughly 20-35 times A DAY !!! WHAT COLLECTION AGENCY DOES THAT ??????

The fact that they sit in the US and i live in CANADA is just beside the point

They're on my "Auto-Reject" list and yet they keep calling.. One day when i was right in the mood to rip someone a new a***ole i called that number and some Mohammad picked up asking me right of the hop if i was a T-MOBILE customer.

When i told him to shut the f*** up, not talk - just listen to me, he put me on hold on a VIRGIN MOBILE customer service line...

Well THAT makes a lot of sense to me now

Yes indeed this is Virgin Mobile looking for payment. They hung up before I answered. I called Virgin Mobile and verified it was their collection dept.

Getting the same call all the time. I am with Virgin (unfortunatily). The same tactic with my girlfriends bell phone. No one on the other end. We since dropped bell and now this is happening with Virgin. Yes Bell owns Virgin. They use the same towers, same collections, same everything. Hard to get a straight answer even when you get someone who speaks the same language as you. Damn cell phones are a curse. Wish the government would intervene these a-holes and put them in line.

Virgin Mobile... just talked a little bit of Bullsh*t when they first opened.

But now they are full of CRAP. They charge you extra on top of your plan regularly, it is up to you to call in and fight your charges.

Collections been calling me 3 times in the last week, when I made a complete payment 14 f-ing business days ago.

They ask me "have you recently made a payment..." Look at your  BS system, you 17 year old good for nothing employees.

Virgin Mobile - It's harassing me, even though I made the payment on time.

I wish I could take Virgin Mobile to court. I answered the lady was rude if I had owed them thousands of dollars.

I called them back and someone who sounded English actually answered.  a soft hot girl sounding voice too! she said " Hey there." LOL usually its "Hilo dis is vergn mowbile."  So then i layed it down. "HUMM DEE DEE DERR!" i screamed, and then hung up before she could say anything else. Now that i know that i am not the only one getting these phone calls, i am going to do somthin about it. do what they do to me. PURE HARRASSMENT!  for every phonecall i get from one of these obvosiouly non canadian parasites, i will match those calls by calling them back just to hang up. When i figuere out how to automate my own parasitic phonecall that calls back unwanted phonecallers, then i will take further steps into finding the headquarters. then its an all out revolution! hopfully nobody gets hurt. OH! wait THEY already know where MY headquarters is,MY home phone number, and they already have automated phonecalls... Just bomb em and get it over with.

First of all i dont even have a virgin mobile or Bell cellphone. Been with tellus for 3 years! I recently switched to koodoo 2 months ago cause contract was up. I have been getting these phonecalls on my homeline, 2 times a day, FOR ALMOST A YEAR!  WTF?!  makes no sense, Especially when i dont even deal with virgin mobile. HOW DO YOU GET MY HOME PHONE NUMBER!?!? And to top it off i cant even answer the phonecall! When i pick up the phone i just click END!  If there is anything someone can do to stop this pure bull, let me know. OMG ANOTHER CALL AS IM WRITING THIS LOL! im going to call them back and when they answer go hum dee dee derr! and hang up. just like they do to me for no reason. I agree with you guys that this is a scam at its finest. just like when someone calls an old person saying they are the long lost grandchild in need for ALOT of money! I wish there were phone police...

I get calls as well and when i answer no one is there. If it,s virgin i don,t have an account with them. never have ,and never will
