I suspect these thugs are US domestic, and can therefore be sued by everyone reporting here. Variants of the "Consolidated" name appear in the following thread. A couple of PO boxes have been reported, but it's not clear where "home" is.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

These people have called my parents and even my employer.  The message that they left was that it was a claim number and it was in litgations and her name was Andrea Knox but every time I have called I have gotten a busy tone.  I can never speak to anyone at all.  When they  have called my dad, they demanded payment for something that did not make sense at all.  They had all of the wrong infomation on people that I did not even know.

This company called my employer and left this phone number for me to call and I called it several times and got a recording that stated "all circuits are busy".  I can't get any information on this company.

This person has called my job and loudly screamed at whomever answers the phone, claiming that they need to deliver documents to me. They left this phone number and a claim number. When I spoke with them, they would not provide any information other than their name--Dave Parker. They would not state who they worked for or what the "document" or "claim number" was about.

My wife got a call at home from them saying their was a claim (acted like I had a claim) She had me call them. they said the claim number belonged to some name I never heard of. Then he starts asking me questions. I asked for the business address. He said it was not relevant and went back to asking me questions. I pushed for an address and he said it was a PO box but would not give it to me. He would not tell me what it was about and just wanted to get info from me so he ended the call

Debt Collector
got a call from them today stating they are a per-litigation firm. when i asked who the original creditor was they refused to answer.  When you call them back all it says is consolidated as the company name. called a second time, found out the account is out of stats and no longer on my credit. According to CA legislation and FDCPA regulations you can not take legal action on an account after 4years. have already filed 1 complaint with the FTC. And will be looking in to taking legal action against them for FDCPA violations.

Did they call you again. IDK who these people are, but they are harassing my family saying I put one of them down as a reference and it's a complaint against me. It makes no sense at all. I tried to call them back and no one picks up after I press 0 to speak with someone.
