It has only been a week since they have started calling & I am officially annoyed. I was very nice & even explained my financial situation & my plans to save before the date my "credit' goes to the bereau. But He keeps on insisting I give him my debit card information so they can take out what I owe my doctor. DO NOT give him info of your account! I never have but I am able to go to my doctors office & pay her off personally so find another way to pay. I dont trust this company because of the harressment I get for answering their call. They follow the act the best they kind but also find ways around it. If you are bothered look up on google on "how to get rid of debt collectors" & you will find great info for your situation.

I work in a mall management office & we keep getting calls from this number, as well as another number that calls the same company when I call it back.  Because I work in an office, I have to answer the call when it comes in.  As soon as I announce who they have called, they always hang up on me.  They never state who they are or what they want.  It's extremely annoying as well as time wasting for me as this is a busy office.

We get several calls a day from this number for a person who doesn't live at our address.  We want this stopped.  We've called the number and get a recording but no answering machine available for us to leave a message.

We do not owe any outstanding debts.

calls 4 or 5 times a day looking for someone that does not live here. I have told them i do not know i\this person but they still keep calling. they call from several differnt numbers but it's still the same people.I've blocked these numbers with my phone company and how they still get through I do not know. I'm sure there is a law against harrassment.I wish the FTC would do something about it. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

THIS CALL IS FROM FMA ALLIENCE COLLECTION AGENCY FOR MEDICAL BILLS.

Can some one tell me how to turn them in.  They have called me 10 times.  Not the correct person.

This person(s) calls twice day at all hours, leaves no message on voice mail, caller ID shows it to be a toll free call. It is a collection agency but the problem is they don't identify themselves as such nor do they leave a message which they clearly could if they wanted to. I don't care if they're calling for a family member or not this is my residential home phone and to call three to four times a day at all hours never leaving any messages nor identifying themselves is absolute nonsense, not to mention abusive/harassing, etc.! Stop calling if cannot identify yourself and to what this in reference to PLEASE!

This number called me at 5:00pm and left no message. The person who had this last number must have been in some trouble.. i always get 800-ish number.

I just got my new phone number 3 days ago and they have called me twice today!!

Called 3 times today.  Not answered - they left no message.

They call everyday.  Left message for person not living here and gave his information on answering machine.  He revealed his personal matter.  They keep on calling eventhough, they know that person does not live here.

This number belongs to FMA Alliance, LTD. - a debt collection company out of Texas.

This company left a message for me on a family member's answering machine - standard message of "This message is for Jane Doe.  If you are not Jane Doe, please hang up now.  By continuing to listen to this message . . ."

Contacting a third party is a clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act - need to watch this company for more violations!!!
