they hit Wichita ks or should i say maria whatley they came to the double tree by Hilton they picked both of our daughters long with every one else that showed up then they spread out the call backs if u live in Wichita or came to Wichita for this scam i hope like hell u didn't pay for it .. this is a crime what they are doing not to mention wrong. Yes they were just in north charleston sc then in west Ashley sc

They were in raddison hotel first then the next when my kid was picked they moved to the town and country inn in west Ashley they are quick about taking your money never went the distance I would like someone to let me know if they ever have went to universal studios and what happened, is it really a scam or what?

I think these people are back at it again, but they have changed their name to the celebrity experience. Everything else is almost still the same. Your child audition. This time the parents text to see if their child made it or not. If so, you get to chose what package (out of 3) you want, starting from $500.00 to $9995.00. I hope people did their homework on this before they decide.

I think my neighbour just got sucked into this scam.  They paid the 5000 and now they have been told they have to go to Florida (they pay thier own way - hotel, meals etc.,,,,) staying at a certain hotel (they told her where she had to stay) wonder if the hotel is in on the scam.  Anyway they have made this poor girl jump through hoops ... not nice at all

This woman now in Australia with a friend named Michael (Palin??). Story on A Current Affair on Channel 9 TV about them ripping people off. Promise of stardom but eventually leads to a dead end. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Have already ripped of quite a few families for hundreds to thousands of dollars. They call it The Event.

they've just been to New Zealand! Same women named Lily Neda with a new project called 'the Event'. Promises you a whole load of stuff, and phones you back saying you really stood out for them, meanwhile they say the same to everyone and get angry and agrovated with the idea of a 'scam' is even mentioned, however, at the auditions, she openly spoke about scams, and how this isn't one! Absolutely appauled!

what this lady is doing is a grand  scam.my wife went with my 2 daughters and taught it was the real deal.when we find out it was a scam we asked for a refund before the 3 days notice.the only things they didn t tell as is the$1000 registration fee non refundable...i will do all it will take to get my$ 2000 back if anyone knows how to get a total refund please help

Wow, didn't know the scam went on for so many years.  It's 2012 Feb and they are still pulling the same stun.  I'm a Singaporean and THE event company was here last weekend to hold an audition for kids to appear in Disney channel.   Well like the rest experienced, "Monique" aka Lily Neda, told me that my daughter was one of the 15 out of 800 selected to go to Florida for the training.  Monique called me 6 times before she could reach me.  If she is not desparate, she wouldn't give a damn after 1 or 2 calls.  Obviously it was a scam because at the audition, she specifically asked my husband and me if we could afford to go to USA if my daughter is selected and we said yes.  She definitely saw potential in ripping money out of us that's why my daughter was selected (even thought I dont' think she did well) she bothers to call me so manytimes.

I went for the auditions with my mum yesterday. She called today and said I made it. I saw a video on the internet showing the same lady who interviewed me but apparently, her name was Leila. But when I auditioned, her name was Monique! What I am really curious to know about is this. Why hasn't she been caught by police? She's using our dreams to get our money!

My ten year old is dying to be on Disney Channel so we went and his older brother who is 23 went also.  We went through all the motions and my ten year old did the audition when we went to leave my oldest decided he want to try out also. Of course we had to call them back the next day, which I did and long and behold both made the cut??? Found that a little odd. Needless to say we DID NOT sign up.  Lily Neda the whole crew are scam artists. Yes they do have the shows but doesn't mean Talent Agents will attend. i called 1-877-1899 cause i saw it on nickelodeon. and i dont think its a scam because my mom called and they told her information like what to wear and where its at and what you do. they said they interview you and give you a script to read for a commerical and they see how good you are or whatever. but i dont know. 2 other of my friends called too, and they told me to come at 8:00 P.M and my other friends to come at 12:00 and the other at 6:00? i dont know, is it fake or real??!

I took my daughter to this so called "audition". What a joke! They use Talent Ageny's from Los Angeles as bait to get you in there. They really want you to take classes at their so called A.C.T. "school" which costs $9,900.00 for the ELITE class.  If you make their "callback" list then be prepared to dish out thousands of dollars. They don't give you time to think about it either.  When they call you back,  have check or credit card in hand or they don't want to talk to you.   The talent agency that is there (Sovereign in our case)  has you read a short commerical script on a big projector screen. The guy never even asked my daughter's name or even said anything to her.  How would he even know who to call back?  Be very weary of these people.  They are all in the business together. Don't do it!!
