Deny EVERYTHING and ask them to send you proof of debt via US MAIL. TELL THEM THAT EMAIL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE and that you have no active email account. Don't give them your address. Tell them that if they are "whom" they say they are, they already have your address, so send it to address on their file.IF you receive any letters, dispute it. Also, ask them in what court would they be filing the summons. No acceptable answer on these questions means it is a SCAM! The company might be real but their collection practices are Illegal and a fraud!!!

One more thing people...If I call you and tell you that i am the president...would you believe me? So why in hell do you believe ANYONE calling you and saying that they are such and such person or company? NO ONE can proof anything over the phone... so do yourselves a favor please...ask for proof in WRITING and ALWAYS demand a physical address! AND don't EVER EVER give up ANY information over the phone. That includes your name, address, phone or anything else. Remember, supposedly they have ALL your information to sue you, so why do they need any more info on you?
