This is one of many numbers used by Allied Interstate collection agency.  I believe they use different numbers and change them frequently to avoid the laws about repeated calls and time of day they call.

I don't know how they got my sons cell phone number (he is 16), but they called him and asked for me. When he said "What?", the person said "I'm speaking english aren't I?", very rudely. I don't know who they ate, but I don't like their shady practices.
