Has called repeatedly with a recorded message supposedly for a "Sangria Sanchez".  I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported these scammers.

Halsted Financial Services has called several times with a recorded message for a "Sangria Sanchez".  Since I'm on the Do Not Call list, I've reported these scammers.

It's not your problem, or your debt either!  These nematodes can't take you to court, so don't give them a penny.

stated for i did not have any money to pay my debt they were taking me to court, i told them i did not have any money at the moment....they said that is my problem.

They sent me a letter from a bill i forgot to pay ..they did offer a nice deal and sent me a release letter..they re not scams...its just that people don't Like to confront  the truth....

Got a call for a Mary Garcia.  How much more generic could that be? The number I got the call from was 520-366-8666 but said to call back 877-220-4461.  These are scammers phishing for suckers.  Do not respond.

Received a letter saying i owe to a "payday loan company". No company name , just a generic, "Payday Loan Company".
And they think i'm going to call them. If you , Halsted Financial Services, LLC want to collect money from people, please do it legitimately. Try putting a "real" companies name in the letter. And then, get this, find the "true person" that owe the debt.

Get a life--you scum sucking bottom feeders, who can't get a real job. Then you put a PO Box # on the unofficial letter, so that real people cannot find you, and rip your scum sucking heads off.

Called me regarding unpaid loan from Cash Store

I answer and get a voice mail from a eleven digit number you can not call back. the message instruct me to call back in 24 hrs or else they will take further action. the number was 8772204461.They said it was a financial crises number.

We received a call from a 'debt collector' (877-220-4461).  I called and they wanted to know what phone number they called, so I gave it to them and they had a totally different name linked to the number.  However, they had an account for my husband stating we owe roughly $500.  They also asked for his SSN...no way was I giving it to them, nor my CC number.  They said we owe funds to First American Loans...never heard of them.

I received a letter from them in mail on yesterday as well as several calls through out the day that I am always blocking.  They are calling representing several different companies (First Funding--which is a Home Mortgage).  My home is paid for. When calling they are trying to verify your informatioin.  If they can't tell you who they are representing then you don't have to provide them with any information either. I contacted the company they claim to be representing which is not a mortgage loan operator that was stated in the letter.  After speaking with my company and was given the information I needed I then contacted Halstead.  the information that my bank gave me I asked Ramone of Halstead where did they get my information from.  Of course he couldn't tell me anything nor the companies affiliated with my bank.  He said he never heard of them.  The balance on my acct is nowhere near the balance I verified with  my bank either.  It was 3 times the amount.  needless to say I told Ramone I would not be dealing with Halstead I will be dealing with the providers of my bank and if he needed to do anymore talking he could speak with my lawyer. Of course he hung up the phone.

If you received a letter of any sort from them please verify with whom  they say they are representing because chances are they are not respesenting them.

Ph's so they cant call u and your love ones. Also register all your ph numbers to with the do not call
List and they cant call. And if they keep calling you from different Numbers then
Keep reporting them. THey will get caught one day.
