He's calling me too, from different numbers, under different names, etc., but won't tell me what it's about. I always pay my bills on time and have no earthly idea what it's about. I called the California State Bar, his license # is 155148 and I think he needs to be disbarred. Let's ALL make a Complaint to the State Bar about this guy...what he is doing can get him disbarred from practicing law. Let's get rid of him but do it the right way. Instead of fussing here where we can't be heard, let's ALL go online to the California State Bar and ask for a Complaint form, fill it out and SEND IT IN!!!! He will have to respond to each Complaint and each Complaint is very negative against him. He also has lots of Complaints at the Better Bus

I have a debt that I WOULD LIKE to take care of. I contacted the original person I had the debt with and after a bunch of calling I was finally sent to these people.... Explained to them that I am a student with low income but would like to get this taken care of. They weren't willing to accept ANY payment plan unless it was 90% of it now and the rest later.

After reading all of this I'm nervous about dealing with them... I find it strange that I've gotten calls from 3 COMPLETELY different numbers. One is an 877#, one is 91647867654065 and the other is 2536170409. From everything I'm reading, they're located in California. Now all of the sudden I am getting calls from a Tacoma, Wa. number which is more local to me (I'm in Bellevue, Wa.)

Not a scam the scam could have already taken place that could be why she is recieving calls maybe someone like your daughter stopped paying a particular creditor. Maybe the creditor made an error that was already paid and that CAN affect good credit do your daughter a favor and have her call these people back. Stop being combative and just take care of business that is after all how you maintain good credit is it not? Taking care of business!

They never should have had to call you you should've paid your bill stop being combative with collectors when you should have paid you bill there is no excuse I have bills and when I lost my job I paid them something and dealt with the default intrest rate in the contract until I could pay them off!!!!!
