I just got this email too and was suspicious. I did not call the number and, fortunately, found this information first! Thanks for providing this service. I wonder what happens if you call that number?

As of today it is claiming to be Regions Bank and is very official looking.
Don't call it. Regions has no record but they are aware of it.

Looks like this is part of a phishing scam claiming to be ETrade.
It's what's known as vishing, in which victims receive an email telling them to call this number to re-activate their account, which had been closed due to supposed fraud.
