This is a complete scam. Don't stay on the phone with them and don't agree to anything or give them information about your business.

Eric Epstein is a criminal, a liar, a thief, a drug addict and a terrible excuse for a business man that likes screwing companies over as much as he likes hookers and jewelry. He's dirt dressed up as money, like his family and everyone he associates with. He probably knows who I am but he doesn't know who I've talked to or who's going to be talking to him. Hint: They carry badges, firearms and like to have pointed conversations with people who engage in wire fraud. You p1ssed off the wrong guy, kid. Good luck driving that shiny car from federal prison.

Wayne from JD called for maintenance, long story short, he talked our guy into buying their ridiculously priced lightbulbs. Two months later we receive more orders of lightbulbs, that were never placed. Just now getting them returned, what a hassle! We ended up paying for 2 boxes for a total of 32 lightbulbs totaling about $1200, shame on us. Definitely won't happen again.

In the mean time we had also bought some hand cleaner called BioScrub from the same Wayne, but now representing Hansen Supply. We were under the impression the BioScrub was $50 for a box of the stuff, nope! Got the invoice and it's $50 a bottle! Sent them back immediately. Then a couple months later we start getting harrassing calls about how we never sent them back. They start asking me for the tracking number, when they sent the call-tag. I asked why they couldn't get the tracking number themselves if they set up the call tag? Thankfully I had kept the receipt from the UPS pickup and had the tracking numer. Gave it to them and checked it out myself, and the product was indeed returned. They called back several times asking where it was. Idiots.

Do not deal with this company. If you do get duped, keep all records of actual orders you did indeed place, and keep all receipts if you returned product to one of their many aliases. Clearly they are not a reputable business.

We just received a call to our repair business from 1-561-200-2140, he used the name of a business owner that we work with VERY OFTEN to gain access to our lead techs number. It was very odd that he knew so much about our company and the other business we do work for. He talk to my lead tech, made some small talk and then confirmed the order regarding the flourecent tubes. I called the a number back and it was an answering service, most certainly a scam

Man, I skipped page two to come straight to the back to post comment. The scammers really are on this board. If the commenter has used them for years, they are the one receiving the "appreciation" gift from these guys, while the company they are working for is paying through the nose.

Jamie would make one helluva legitimate salesman! But like someone said before the pay is probably to good to leave.

Just got a call from Jamie, then from Nick ("Shipping Department) with Johnson. I have to say he is very good (slick). Should be in politics! I hate to agree with "P" but I don't see how, what they are doing is technically illegal. They're just annoying as hell and you say whatever just to get them to STFU. The "order" that was thrown in was cancelled when Nick called back. Should they send anything the shipment will be refused and the invoice will be left unpaid if received. I assumed our warehouse manager was actually dealing with these folks. After getting off the phone, I went back and talked with him. I was immediately informed they are scammers. Send you a box of bulbs at double the cost if not more. I have learned an extremely valuable lesson. I'm too nice to people I DO NOT KNOW. I hate that society has come to these types of people. It seems our previous warehouse manager was more than happy to pay the extra money to receive the "free" gift since he wasn't footing the bill for the invoice. Note to business owners these guys may feast on unhappy employees responsible for buying office supplies.

Like I said I used to work there...meaning past tense. I now have a job in my field and work for a firm in Broward. Though I used to sell light bulbs, my day now involves researching ways around the law to keep DUI offenders, probation and parole violators, and every other scumbag with new or pending charges OUT of jail and ON the street. I don't know which is worse but the pay is better here. I can tell you that the light bulb guys are by the books because I am somewhat familiar with regulations and the loopholes they have found. Like I said the company has been in business for over 10 years. I promise you the FBI is not monitoring them and whoever your friend is...will not find anything to shut them down. I can also tell you the johnson lighting company, along with your insurance companies, law firms, hospitals, and even the hot dog guy at the ball park(all overcharge for their products and service), will be in business for many years to come.

Yeah I used to work there...I can tell you the company probably doesn't have a good bbb rating. You know who else has a bad bbb rating...burger king. The bbb is a scam and because if you pay enough money to them you can boost your rating to look good. I can tell you when I worked there I never lied to any customers or sent out anything they didn't want. I was always polite to whomever I spoke with...NO MATTER WHAT.  I left them on good terms and enjoyed working for them. And Alex there are thousands of companies in the U.S. that don't have websites or ads on the Internet. I guessing that they "let you go" because the job wasn't for you...now you have some vendetta out against them. How would you like it if somebody starting telling people that "Alex is a drug addict, and he will steal from you if he gets the chance. He is a disfunctional member of society and your tax dollars are used to send him to treatment." It kinda sucks to have your name tarnished by somebody when they really might not know you that well...

They are such scammers they have no heart.

The company is based from Florida. I thought it was a legit job but then realized it was a scam. I didn't call anybody because i was just in training. If you guys are having problems with them here is there address 495 NE 4th st,del ray beach,FL and once you get to 495 its the building directly behind. You will see round tables with umbrellas. and cars with license plates from different states. The guys are drug addicts and willing to scam anybody to get money.

I don't know if this is the same Johnson Lighting I deal with. If it is they have cleaned up their act I guess. Sounds similar because they send out appreciation gifts and such to my staff. I will continue to use them.

I hate that people on here from other companies (other lighting companies probably) are talking trash on Johnson to try and promote their own business. Wether they are scam or not...you look just as bad for stooping to that level.

I use Johnson lighting as well...they are expensive but warranty is worth it. Replying to Shill Alert...I can tell you are of a younger generation due to the fact you use abbreviations like "LOL".  I know this because I have two kids and they have to translate these abbreviations that they use on their cellular phones. Also for your information, this website isn't the result of a phone number search only. It could also show up if you type in the keyword Johnson Industries. Perhaps you should keep your childish comments to yourself. Grownups are talking here.

So you "use them regularly" but suddenly decided to look them up on a site for figuring out who unknwon numbers belong to, so you could tell us how wonderful they are??? LOL! Only thing you forgot to mention is how long you've been part of the scam, errr I mean "working" there.
