I have ignored several calls from this number.  Finally pick up the phone today and no one spoke, so I hung up.  Irritating having them call me constantly.

They call we answer they hangup. Is it a collection company named URS or something like that? They have called numerous times.

i realized that they were charging both my checking and credit card accts.  called them and said I wanted to cancel my contract with them as I signed an agreement for one year.  asked me if I would like to speak to a manager and said yes.  they said they would have one call me.  hasn't called and that was 3 days ago.  also when I do have to call me, their greeting starts you picked a great to call hobson heating and air comfort experts.  what are they hoping for?  by the time I listen to all that I would have forgotton why I was calling?

during the recent cold snap that Dallas had, my heater went out.  I have a service contract, and they said they would try to get to me that day.They did.  Said my heater needed to be replaced.  They came the next day and after they finally got here, were here all day.  The city came out and inspected it.  Said that it needed the fall support on the pan drain in attic, they need to sleeve the low voltage wire to from house to compressor and insulate the freon line.  Have called them 3 times, and they tell me a manager is woring on it.  They can not tell me that they were unaware, as they read what the city said back to me.

Oh yeah.  I have the same problem with them not leaving messages.  I have caller ID, and their number has not shown u.

They call using the name of a person that allegedly suggested they ring us up about this service they are absolutely giving away.  NOT INTERESTED, we have said time and again.  TAKE OUR NAME OFF YOUR LIST is our new message.  Nothing seems to work.  Somebody is paying to have these calls made and, failing to make a sale, their fall-back strategy evidently is to offend as many total strangers as possible.   A most peculiar counter-marketing twist.  I will see if the Do Not Call folks can help.

Recived a call from a woman claiming they got my name and number as a referral from a client named Mackie Jefferson.  I have no idea who Mackie Jefferson is nor did I give anyone permisson to give out my contact information.  I will be reporting them to the DO NOT CALL list!

Same thing.  I answered the call and the phone hung up.

Rec'd two calls from this number.  One on Friday (1/4) and today (1/8).  Did not answer and they did not leave a message in either case.
