Just received another fax and this is the POS that keeps sending the faxes.

I've run corp entity searches in new york and looked all over on line, but can not come up with a telephone number. His corp status in NY is inactive. This POS is really keeping his phone a mystery. FCC has already issued a citation on him for mass faxing and a possible $16,000 fine fore each infraction. So, keep reporting him to the FCC and he will eventually go out of business.

(Call Center Marketing wanting you to call 888-312-5111) "If you would like to be removed from future fax broadcasts please call 877-224-4728."  So I called.  The recording tells me to enter my full fax number after the tone.  Then it hangs up as I start to enter numbers.  Did it 10 times in a row.  I don't think this is legal.

my HVAC office received a junk fax saying to be removed from future fax advertisements, call this number.  When I call, it rings and rings and rings and nobody ever picks up.  This is the 2nd day in a row we've gotten this fax.  Kind of ironic that the fax is advertising an answering service, but when you call the number they give you nobody answers.....
