Called regarding a student loan that just went into default.
Was honest... and worked with me to get on a payment plan.
Make no mistake, they are collections and their objective is to get you to settle a debt.
They played by the rules with me.

My call was regarding a student loan which is in default. They called under false the premise of a "reference" on a job application.

Called looking for someone that they said worked here.  Left a message that they were from IRS Recovery.  I returned the called spoke to Candi and told her she had the wrong information.  She was pleasant and thanked me for returning the call.

We will see if that is the end of it or if they try to call again.

I think it is agains the law to say you are from the IRS next time I will record the call.

Not sure what they are trying to pull but I was not the person they were looking for.

Received a call from this company numerous times regarding an employee.  Very RUDE and started to verbal attack.  I am looking to file a harrassment suit against this company and Shante.

It is from a collection agency called GC Services - they deal with Student Loans mostly.
