Just to inform you, canyonrx has been out of business since 1-22-11. If anyone keeps calling using that company name, it is probably the indians from India. They don't care if they continue calling because they are not in this country.

continuously call my cell, even after I say "no"

How do you report this as a criminal offense? Ihave a phone with a number from a former person and receive abusive phone calls from this number. I want to report to the police.

THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING ME AND I'VE TOLD TO STOP CALLING ME BUT AS SOON AS I HANG UP SOMEONE ELSE FROM THAT NUMBER CALLS ME , IT IS GETTING ANNOYING AT TIMES THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES, THEY ARE COSTING ME MINUTES I DON'T WANT TO LOSE !!

You sir are full of s**t. If you truely had an associates degree you would be aware of our federal HIPPA laws. Not only that you would be aware that selling soma over the phone as well as shipping it to the state of Alabama is quite illegal. As I have never purchased from this company or any other online pharmacy my information has obviously been sold. I have asked this company sometimes 5 times in one day to remove my unlisted cell number from their roster to no avail. Scum suckers every single one of them.

They continually call my number even though I'm on the national do not call registry. They ask for someone different every time.

Just got 5 calls from this number. They left 2 voice mails.
I decided to see who they were. A pharmacy,looking for Lashawna Williams{excuse spelling}.This is a complete farce, they call every day at the same time.I have never answered it.I know who has my number.I was going to call them back to get number off their list.My son told me not to. and directed me to this site.

I have used this company. And yes they are a pest at calling all the time, but at the same note, they do have good prices and no shipping charges. I can get what I need easy there without fighting with a doctor that will not help me in anyway. I am terminal and they act like I am going to be addicted to something.  WOW WHO CARES I AM DIEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it was'nt for them I would suffer more then I do. Yes they are pests as I said but they do some good too. Tell them you do not want them to call and that you will get the FCC involved as the gentleman suggested. I don't think they should call people that do not want them too. But the way they get your number 90% of the time is because you did buy something from another pharmacy online.

Just a thought... I have had the misfortune of receiving the same treatment from this company. I tried to have my number removed, but that has failed numerous times. What I did, is set up a Contact on my cell phone and call it Sales1, Sales2 etc... I assigned a ringtone that was silent or a simple beep for example and assigned all unwanted incoming  Sales calls to these Contacts. Even though I still receive notification that they have left a voice message or a text, I still have the peace of mind that I have control over who calls me and at least I know NOT to pick up the phone.

I have politely asked for my number to be removed for their calling list every time they call and I get hung up on.

True story--if my hubby found out that I was mail ordering drugs, I'd be in deep sh*t.  So I called Canyon Rx and asked them to please remove my home number and replace it with my cell number, which I actually gave them.  Of course you don't have to give them a real number, but the case I made was if they keep calling here, they won't get any more business b/c my spouse will put them smack down on my med ordering.  It may be worth a try to call and use the same story.  Anyway, they have been calling every night to my home phone at 7pm, and lo and behold, tonight they didn't call, so maybe it worked.  Moving on, I plan on putting a call blocker app on my cell phone so that I stop getting calls there too.  And when I talked to them, I got the run around, cut off, and transferred to people that weren't qualified to help several times, but I finally got a girl who went beyond the "floor manager" story and went straight to the supervisor (whatever that meant.)  Anyway, just some thoughts on that.

I placed an order on Saturday with Myrtle #828 for 180 Fiorcet and used my Visa card.  The order # was 3413102 order #3413227.  I have called the post office, and they said the package wasn't mailed yet.  I called your company back and get the run around.  This scares me.  You told me my tracking # was9121901018063109706734  and the second tracking number was #9121901018063109706628.  If I don't receive any delivery number, I will report you to the police.  I was told postman would delivery this directly to me.  Tell me when.

Prettylady, you did not quit! You got fired for being lazy and rude to customers. You are one of the reasons why customers were getting 10-20 calls a day. All of the reps there that have been there for at least a year are all college grads. Nelson, Gabe, Tim, etc. They don't even make calls, customers call them. That is why the turnaround in there is ridiculous, cuz noobs like yourself get desperate cuz' you can't get a sale, so they resort to calling the same customer over and over again. Now to all out there who have been receiving alot of calls. We do apologize for any inconvenience, we are fixing the do not call list and improving on repeat calls. The former employees who made those repeat calls are gone and no we do not use an auto-dialer as of 9/20

this is a scam to end all scams, i got over 2 dozen calls from this number in the last 3 days so i finally told them to go ahead and send the prescription to the address they had on the account. they called the next morning again and i said yea, but send it to my business address, i gave them the address for the jail in my town.

I got 2 calls from this company on my cell phone...I called back and told them to put me on their 'do not call list'. Her name was Victoria at ex 2224 at 877 225 8610

Ok, so how do we get them to stop calling. Most of the time the calls I get are from males with absolutely no customer service experience.  In fact, one time they had no idea I was on the phone and they were using the N word to eachother.  This place is a complete joke.
The person running this place has got to be the biggest idiot.  To have your callers using the exact same phone script list is beyond me.  This has got to be the fastest way to lose your current customers.
Not to mention the thug talk on the phone. "yea, you nee medication"

I have had 11 phone calls within the last 2 days - at ALL times of the day and night.  Spoke with 3 "managers" , they all assured me no one would call........... just got my last phone call for pills, which is rediculous, as I don't need any pills - of any kind.  I am contacting the BBB.

They r all thiefs, they send u 150 tablets, 50 of which is aspirin and the remaining 100 are broken up, dusty soma tablets.
The reps are extremely dumb and the manager sounds even dumber. I ordered twice and both times I got burnt. I paid with a visa and someone there purchased clothes in a store in las Vegas running a 200.00 bill. They r not in Grove Oklahoma. They r in Las Vegas Nevada and the owner is a crook who has pending court dates with the Feds. What everyone should do is order and use COD and then just refuse it when it arrives so it could be sent back, that way Canyon RX could lose money and eventfully shutdown.
