I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. They never left any messages either. They've tried calling 3 times today.

They are tenacious, rude, and something to do w/ Bank Card of America or something.  I asked that they put me on the do not call list and the @#&*#@) refused.

Still at it. Rings twice and disconnects- got three calls so far today.

Well, how many times do I have to call you before you pick up the call!!!?!? Would you like to be independently wealthy? Some of our premeir clients earn 75k a year doing this stuff.

Your part of the problem this country has with it's finances; so stop ripping off the poor for the rich or your personal gain.  I personally think that you and your partners are full of it, and you and your scam artists friends should be prosecuted.

Have called me a bunch, answered for the first time today, I told them I wasn't interested and they called me back a few hours later!

these m-fers call me 5 times a day , and i just keep hangin up on them . startin to piss me off .

The lady said I signed up for something on the internet requesting information about home based businesses.  I did not. She went on with her pitch saying M.R.S. is a reputable firm to help people start their own business from home.

They called me once already.
I found out that it is a company that offers home-based businesses.

The telephone number belongs to a company called Bankcard Empire in Phoenix, AZ.  The number is listed on their website as 877-CARD-597 and can be found at www.bankcardempire.com.  Stick your phone in a drawer, go take a bath, and leave them hanging.  They are under Federal investigation for multiple issues.  Are they now calling themselves Merchant Referral Solutions?  When will it ever stop.

These people are telemarketing from a company called BankCard Empire. They are based in Phoenix Arizona. They completely disregard the do not call registry and use various numbers. They also use a local phoenix number 602-840-0462. You tell them to stop calling you, they just laugh and hangup and call you from another number.

FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau and the DONOTCALL.GOV federal website.

This number calls me throughout the day. I have no idea why. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

recvd a call from 1877227 3597 ..representing visa /mastercard ..said i had signed up to earn some extra money..I said certainly not when its my cell phone and im paying for the call..who are u???the guy said whatever ..have a good day nd hung up...
I have also had charges on my citicard ..from a google company for easy money..
Why are these scams allowed to proliferate and bother peoples lives ..is anyone going to do something abt this>?????/

I just got a call. so i call back and got live person, they say its housing bussines

I called them on it and the woman who i tlaked to someone must have gotten their number swapped with mine and that is how they got my number. I asked to be removed we will see if they actually do it.

called me and asked for my g/f and i told them that it is not her number.  then they called right back 3 times in the course of 3 minutes

They called me again today.  On my cell phone.  After I told them yesterday to lose my phone number.  This person gave her name as Liz.  Liz said I filled out a questionaire on home based businesses.  I replied "I did not".  Liz asked if I was interested in a home based business.  I replied "no I am not".  She said have a nice day and hung up, before I could ask them not to call anymore or tell them that my number is on the national no call list or tell them that I reported their number yesterday to the US government.  I will report them again today.  We all need to file these complaints and get these people to stop calling us.

I also received a call from these people today.  877-227-3597.  I asked who he was and what this was about.  He said Mastercard and Visa, the little black machine that you slide the card through.  He told me my name and address and said I made an inquiry into a home based business.  NOT TRUE.  I told him; I did not make an inquiry, I am not interested and lose my phone number.  They called on my cell phone.  I never give out this number.  I do use eBay, but I don't think I have my cell phone number listed there.  I used to get calls from this number all of the time on my home, but never answered.  I have a new unlisted home phone for about the past year.  I sure would like to know where they got my name, address and cell number.

877-227-3597 on my home line 3-4 times a day for about a week.  We have policy not to answer any phone numbers we can't identify.  Wish they would lose my phone number quickly.

Just got a call from them.  I never get solicitor calls or anything, but just recently, I signed up for that free credit monitoring program from Transunion, and I don't doubt that they started selling my information as a result.  Has anyone signed up for anything from transunion?

They call and do not leave any message. When I answer no one is there.

Recieved mulitple calls from "Bankcard Empire". I asked to be removed from their calling list. They were very rude and never removed me. It is the biggest scam ever!They keep harrassing me!

So far they called my home mostly in the evening hours. Today I?ve got a call on my cell phone too. Without telling their full name, who they represent and what business they have, they keep asking about members of my family. Really, nobody cares about protecting people?s privacy in this country? Are we about to become lambs in the front of this marketing predators who knows noting about decency just to sell their staff 24/7? Bright future, what can I say!  If they are scamming people (and as I see on the internet people are complaining for months about being scammed),  why the authorities don?t take action? What the consumer?s protection agencies are waiting? Why nobody investigate the legality of their business and the manner they are doing business harassing people with their phone  calls?

they called me because I filled out about a part time job to earn money. Empire is who they claim to be also I checked the bbb I am not impressed they are located in Arizona.

I also get non-stop calls and just filed a complaint with the FTC. They will turn the complaint over to federal law enforcement agencies for resolution. Go to the FTC DoNotCall web site to register your number to be removed from all telemarketers call lists or call 1-888-382-1222 FROM THE PHONE of the number you want removed. Wait 31 days and if they still call you have legal rights! and can file a complaint.

Got a call from a Jennifer McKeig, my husband took the call, and they just told him to pass a message along to call back the number.  I called the number back and it is in fact a Bank Card Empire for Merchants.  I asked how they get their information as I have not filled out an on-line survey nor do I use e-bay and he could not answer that??????
