I hang up on them after they refuse to answer when i say hello multiple times...

I as well keep getting calls from this number an when I try to call it says it cannot be completed as dialed.

I also get this number calling me with the same message when i call back. They also never leave a message.

I get calls from this number, when I answer the caller hangs up.
When I call back it rings once, then I get a message
"the number you are calling cannot be dialed as such"
