Calling constantly and when I ans. they asked for someone else. Tired of it.

For the past week I have been getting calls from 877-229-6067 Three times a Day. They never let it ring long enough for me to answer. I called the  # back & never got to speak with anyone it was a recording from some ICM Inc. that placed me on hold forever. It pays to research: the # is a SCAM!

Unfortunately, I fell for the scam.  The got my card number, but this number (727-536-9990) actually said they were a debt collection agency.  I owe the company money because I cancelled my "subscription" before the 48 months.  I don't want to give them my new card number though, and this did show up on my credit report.  Any ideas of how to pay it off without them charging excessive amounts to my card?

Received 5 calls throughout the day yesterday from them. Can't seem to get anyone to actually answer the phone when I do pick up. Its quite annoying.

they are doing the same to me, so first thing you do, sign up for the national do not call list. second thing? call the cops. i did, and they are actually filling a report on this company in my name for harrassment, from then i can choose if i want to file a law suit on them for harrassing me when i have told them several times to stop calling me

hey, same boat as everybody else. my dad's a lawyer so he's helping me out. anyhow, i need info about the company, so if anybody happens to have an address it would be infinitely helpful (email me: chavenin@gmail.com). I've been calling for days and haven't even been able to talk to anybody so I'm going to go a different route. I've learned my lesson from this experience... but now it's their turn to learn theirs, when the get a little call from the JAG (a.k.a the legal offices of the United States Air Force).

The first time they called I did not answer the call as 1-800 numbers are normally telemarketers and I don't want to be bugged by them on my cell phone.  The next three times it called I answered, twice they hung up on me once the woman on the other end just kept repeating hello after I said hello so I hung up on her.  I continued to get phone calls from this number; about four or five more times that day.  So a total of 7 or 8 times in one day.  Then the next day, today, I got a call from them three times and got fed up so decided to go online to figure out who  is calling.  Yeah you all make it seem like a scam - it has to be.  How did they get our phone numbers, I have never signed up for any pay day loan company and so they should not have had my number.  If we can't block this number - does anyone know if it can be taken to the police to allow them to put a stop to these people?

Does anyone know a number that is still working for this company, every number i have called is not working and i would like to get in touch with these people and give them a peice of my mind. If anyone can help i would greatly appricate it.

i was called 3 times today, May 28, 2008, and called the number back; an automated answering service received my call, saying that IMC was the incoporation responsible for the call. I will not change my number, but hopefully blocking their number will help.

When they answered I immediately asked to be removed from the call list and he asked me for my firrst and last name, then, just like that he told me I shouldn't be expecting a call from them any time soon. I told him that if I asked him to be removed from the call list I shouldn't be expecting a call from him ever. He said of course and hung up. Then I called again, just to make sure, and the next guy also "removed" me from the call list. I think they just lie about it and hang up. The third time I called, they immediately hung up.

I registered my number with this company to prevent it from happening anymore:

Hopefully this will fix the situation...Never listen to someone who tells you you won money...unless you entered a raffle.

I am getting multiple calls on my cell phone every hour from these people.  The calls start as early as 9 a.m. and don't end until about 7 at night usually.  I have this crazy thing called a full-time job and have never answered.  As far as I can tell it will do no good.  They call from multiple numbers.  Also, I am now receiving "Private" phone calls that ring twice and hang up.  This is getting ridiculous.  I'm changing my phone number.

&& if I wanted to call them to cancel...how would I contact them? Anyone know?

Yeah, unfortunately i fell for the scam before they told me that instead of the $19 a month i would be paying an $80 fee each month. I was floored. but I guess I am canceling my debit car in the morning. Does that take care of the problem of not having to pay them?

This is so freaking annoying.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. I gave them mine like an idiot and they had already charged $80.00 to my account before I could cancel. While I was still on the phone! - Because towards the end of the call I could tell it was a scam by the way the guy was getting mad about me changing my mind. He WOULD NOT let me cancel and charged the $80 dollars to my account before he hung up! - They have no Customer Service department! - They tell you that they will take your name and call you back! - PLEASE whatever you do DO not fall for it.

stupid people calling me and never leave message

I received 2 phone calls from these people today, from two different numbers. They gave me that bogus $1 million dollar info too and tried to tie me into a magazine for $4.60. I told then I already received that magazine and they guy was trying to get me to swtich, After telling him I wasnt interested he hung up on me. Or maybe my signal died. Either way , GOOD RIDDANCE. They are so freaking annoying and Ive had my number for less than a week.

I personally think I -just- got by without giving them my money because I was sort of 'LULZ' at them, and I told their stupid little 'call back' lady who was trying to validate everything with me that I WAS NOT INTERESTED because I WAS GOING INTO A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT and she just talked at me foreeeevvvveeeer.

Frankly, I think something I did made them hopeful because now they call me at every ungodly hour of the day. >( It's extremely distressful.

this icm inc company got my debit number, directly after i canceled it. and they wont stop calling, so im gonna get an air horn and see if they stop then.

it was stupid of me to do it

I got a call today from some woman I could barely understand. She said I won a chance to be in this sweepstakes, and she wanted to know if I had a working Visa card. She asked if my address was correct, and at that point, I told her I wasn't interested in what she was selling. She got very indignant, telling me that I hadn't even given her a chance to explain the prize, and I said, "Well, I'm not really interested in speaking to telemarketers, so I'm going to hang up now."

This number called me a couple times a day but I ignored it. After a few days I answered it and they hung up before they said anything.
