I dont owe anyone but i have been getting calls for two people I dont know for two years. Cant get a live body to tell them to f*** off

Calling me continuously, a recorded message with someone else's name. This is my business line they are calling so I have to answer it. How do these F*888ers sleep at night??? How do you run a company based solely on harassing people by phone and live a good life?

Why didnt you tell them there are hundreds of complaints on this website?

they are calling my work now - trying to get me fired i suspect and worse yet - the department they are calling...has a stupid secretary that told them yes i work there -

the national do not call list is for telemarketing,so you must owe a bill.why does everyone think they can open credit cards not pay the bill go onto the national do not call list,and not receive calls.oh dumb americans are so dumb.

he is using her maiden name because thats the name she opened the credit card with 10 years ago and now is not paying her bill.im sure you dont know how pronounce ever strangers name either,pay your dauhters bill for her and they wont cl anymore.

As others have posted I too am receiving mutiple calls per day from the infamous Tammy Franco.  The poorly recorded message is directed to a person's name that is not in my household - I have abosutely no idea who the person is.  I suppose they are ramdomly harrassing all people with the same last name.  I have tried many times to get my name removed from their list to no avail.  I was successful in looking up info on the company - I intend to try and call the office during normal working hours - perhaps that will work.  Below is the information from their website.

he asked for and i answered said i owe 43000 for a debt about 11 years old. I just hung up. its not on my credit report so i say beat it.

my number is on the do-not-call list, and this number keeps calling me for a jeffery m moore. don't know or ever heard of such a person. they proceed to say if you are not jeffery m more, disconnect this call now. i do this and they still keep calling my number. any ideas how i can stop this?

I, too, have been getting these phone calls, but asking for a Minaseea Ginson (spelled phonetically). There is a phone number for Tammy Franco other than 877 230 8371. It is 800 480 7094 which is the number to the Buffalo office where she is housed. I haven't had a chance to call it, so it may result in the same problem as the 877 230 8371 number. There is an article in the latest issue of AARP 's magazine outlining remedies for issues such as ours. (And it sounds like there are plenty) Call the FTC at 877 382 4357 or visit the FTC website (ftc.gov) and definitely contact your State Attorney General's office. I called AT&T to see about blocking the Franco 877 number (I still have a land line) and they said the only course of action would be to change my phone number either temporarily or permanently; which I dread doing but may do at this point.

Update...I just called the FTC and filed a report. I was told that in order for their attorneys to investigate, they need to see a pattern of abuse by a specific company. One complaint won't do it. So, get on the phone, folks and start calling. If everyone that has aired a complaint here will call the FTC, maybe something can be done.

these people call all hours of the night and day. . . .isn't there some law regarding times they can and can't call.  They leave a message requesting i call back, but never identify who they are. Sick of it.

getting calls from this company for 2 + years for a party that doesn't live here.. we are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY,,this is illegal, and the shame of it is there is nobody to enforce these scumbags from stop calling or to fine them for breaking the law

I am getting calls constantly for a person who does not live here.  I hang up because the message says if I am not _____ to disconnect.  They continue to call.

They called today at 4:55PM and caller ID said 'unavailable' with this number. They left a voicemail which was a recorded message. Idiots.

Falsified claim without ANY supporting facts concerning said debts they are trying to collect; scum-sucking bottom feeders, and am doing my best to enlist legal resources within my state government to both prevent their activities and penalize them in the process!

Reporting this to the PA Attorney General's Office - hope they nail these scum-sucking a***oles to the ground!

These are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with like to know who they can call someone and talk to them that way and say the things they said and then accuse me of not paying the bill and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they make a bunch of excuses and demand all this money, finally I hung up on them, I need to report them the FTC. This should not be legal.

I get calls from this number everyday. I usually hang up but lately have decided to play their game. when I get threatened with a lawsuit I tell them to just mail the paperwork to my work address. my boss is a debt collection attorney. he would make mince meat out of them. I haven't gotten a thing from them yet and it's been months. haha

This number calls me 4-5 times a day. They call late at night and first thing in the morning. They always leave a message. If I answer it, it is automated and I can't talk to anyone.
This is so annoying. I am on the national do not call list.

yes it is annoying getting these calls, i had calls from another number as well bothering me. how low can people get to try doing this scam near the holidays

I just called my cell phone company and asked them to permanently block this number to my cell phone.  They were more than happy to oblige. Hopefully this works.
