Sounds like same as all of the others listed,they have contacted family members,and even looked up the owner of the home I am leasing and called him to confirm identity of person residing in the home. Phone messages are very urgent in tone,and with very little information. I will talk to a lawyer friend,these guys give him a bad rep.  they used a new number of 855-600-1017 this time. Same firm name of Thomas,Thomas,& Wichterman

GOT A CALL FROM TTW & ASSOC. ON  9/21/11...It echos the complaints from previous "victims". Urgent message, family member, doesn't know anything about the situation...blah, blah, blah!!  How stupid do they think we are!

I don't appreciate someone calling me and leaving a very alarming message stating that an investigator has given my number to the Thomas & Thomas Associates firm and they need me to contact them to verify a person that they need to speak with because the supposed person is unaware that they are handling a case for them.  She asked for anyone in my household to contact her back to confirm a possible known person.??  Why would someone go through the extent to leave such an alarming message!

I didn't sign up for anything. Why are they keep calling me?

How they got my step dads new phone number is a mystery. Called him said it was urgent. I believe they called my mom as well. If it's not in writing never ever pay or be pushed by these grease ball punks!

I got a call with the same script from Jimmy Hanson of Thomas, Thomas and Wickerman and Associates. Very strange call and they were looking for a old boyfriend.  Not sure how they got my number, especially now that I am married with a new name.  They requested that I forward the number 1-877-366-1717 and use the file #138009 as reference to the person of interest.  I didn't return the call and did not forward the info.

Sounds like these guys are using the same phone script.  Got the same message on my machine today that JD did (above) did way back in August, only they're looking for one of my late FIL's ex-wives.  How they got my phone number, I don't know.  After finding this site and reading comments, I called back to assure them I had no contact with her and couldn't help.  I hope they don't keep calling us - she stiffed us on a loan, too.

Call was from 801-266-1717 from Cameron Lott of TTR.  Was to return call regarding a person I had never heard of at 877-366-1717.

My daughter received a call from Thomas, Thomas, Wichterman and Associates and refered it to me since she barely knows the individual this company was calling about. I work in Personnel Security and called the phone # (877-366-1717). I asked to speak to Robert Thomas who had initially left the voice mail on my daughter's phone. I was transferred to a John Thomas and about two minutes into the conversation my radar was working overtime. He was very vague about giving answers and when I mentioned I would contact my friend about them inquiring about her, he stated that it was not necessary, there was no issue, and that there would not be any more calls to either me or my daughter. We were informed at work previously that there was a new scam going around where people make calls like this to family members, having personal information about individuals that they should not have, and threaten all kinds of actions if the debt is not paid. Please be caucious about things like that. If you don't think you owe anything or did anything wrong, report it to you local law enforcement. Identity theft is a big issue these days. Don't be a victim because lazy people are after your hard earned money.

THEY SAID THAT HIS STAFF CALLED MY NAME TO HIS ATTENTION...THAT I MAYBE A POTENTIAL RELATIVE OF BETTY BIRDSHAW AND SHE NEEDS TO CALL HIM, HE SAID THIS MESSAGE CAME ACCROSS HIS DESK LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON, HE SAID BETTY IS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THIS AND IF I COULD, HAVE HER CALL HIM OR FORWARD THIS INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY @ 8779061717 WHEN BETTY CALLS SHE NEEDS THE REFERENCE NUMBER THAT SHES INVOLVED IN 128933-VA.HE SAID IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT BETTY CALL HIM BACK. This company called me saying that it is imperative I return their call and that someone is trying to say they're a tenant living at my address.  I knew it was a phoney call but since I dont own anyone $$ I could not understand it!  These tactics are unlawful and total misrepresentation.  Thank you to your posts for clarifying my suspicions!

I received a call several days ago (after my mom and a cousin in another state contacted me that these people were looking for me) about a credit card debt I might owe from ten years ago.  I arranged to make payments of $75.00 per month because they were getting over "3,000 dollars removed from the debt".  :)  I sent a money order - no way was I going to give credit card, debit card numbers or a bank account!!!!!!  They called again last night - the money order had not been received on the allotted day.  So, if I would send $1,400+ to them they would wipe the slate clean.  So my supposed debt went from $9,596.36 to $6000 to $1400.  How desperate are these people?  And, furthermore, how did they get all my relations/friends?  Facebook, maybe?  Be careful.  I will not be sending anything else nor accepting any calls from Riley or Aaron.

PLEASE BE ADVISED...these people are contacting everyone you might know to get the information they need!!!

Received similar call today in regards to a family member and urgency in a private case not made public yet.  Also gave a case file #.  My number is unlisted and I don't even have the same last name.  If it isn't illegal it should be to misrepresent yourself as an attorney's office.  The number "Robert Thomas" left for a call back was 877-936-1717.

I had a similar call, with not much info. to determine what the matter at hand is.

I will have to research this company, to see if it is a legitimate group.   More as I complete my research.

the best part about their tactics is that i was actually going to pay them, until i found out they called my ex girlfriend from 7 years ago... along with her husband, and all of her family members... they left urgent messages saying that i was in serious trouble, which included my name and age... ha, these people are great!

I received a very weird phone call/voicemail from a so-called "Kannika" stating that a relative needs to contact this office as soon as possible since she may be unaware of certain things that are taking place. She left a case number as well. I really have no idea how these people would have gotten my phone number and it's very scary to think that they could find my number and find out who I'm related to.

Received call from "Kannika" saying she was with TTW & Assoc. SLC, but very secretive about nature of company "we are involved in many issues".
Requested I get family member to call about matter concerning him "that he knows nothing about". "PLEASE have him call!" Google search found this company using several similar phone numbers...and obviously thesame general pitch from all numbers.

Got a call today from a Riley Ing from Thomas, Thomas Richterman or Wickman saying a very vague story as per above comments, they needed my help to locate a relative.  Sd urgent for me to call back at 877-231-9975.  Anyway per the above posts I will not be calling Riley back!

I received a phone call on November 19th from a man that claimed his name was "Morgan Hunter" from a Thomas, Thomas Richterman or Wickman and associates involving a "case" that was "on his desk" that pertained to me. This "Mr. Hunter" also gave me a case number to reference to when calling. I suspect this is a bill collector from a boiler room because I could hear other voices in the background.
