Just got a missed call from this number.

I ORDERED THE ACAIBERRY DETOX, ON 12/15 MY CHECKING ACCOUNT HAD TWO SEPERATE CHARGES FOR $80.26 EACH. I CALLED THIS # 866-949-0138 THAT WAS ON THE TRIAL BOTTLE'S. THEY SAID MY 17 DAY TRIAL PERIOD WAS UP AND REASON FOR CHARGE. THEY GAVE ME TWO(RMA)#'S AND SAID TO WRITE THE RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION #'S ON THE PACKAGE AND I WILL GET MY FULL REFUND. WE WILL SEE IF THIS WORKS.

yes they billed my card $89.00 when all i authorized a free sample

I'm with you. The exact same amount from my account just today. I called the company and the towelhead just kept saying the charges were in the terms and conditions, etc.... My bank called them and was told that if I returned the product, they would refund it. In the meantime, I canceled that debit card and ordered a new one to prevent them from charging anything further. I'm sure I'll never see the refund either however I am going to get a tracking order from the post office when I mail this.

Well I am the latest I see in a list of thousands suckered by this company. I am so mad, like I have 86.42 to just give away. I am about to call the bank now. I wish I could get my hands on one of those mother-fers I would show them a scam!!!

David, that's the same exact thing that happened to me. I just saw it this morning on my pending transactions and I called their a***s up from the number that is here on this page. They said I could just get my cancellation number and send it back to them and they would refund it to me, but I'm going to have my bank be ready to dispute the charges if I get a "credit" or some b***s*** like that.

I also went through this with similar products.I called a customer service number and received an RMA number to return the items. I returned them with a signature card from the post office so they had to sign for it and I received my money credit to my account. However, I have had various other charges to my account and had to cancel my card and get a new one. I suggest doing the same.

I just looked at my account and I had about $80 charged  to it???
I also ordered the "free" acai berry pills. I first got the $1 shipping and handling fee, which was the only thing i was suppose to get. Now 2 weeks later I get hit with the $80.75 monster!

This is a deceitful company that is affiliated with AcaiBerry, AcaiBurn, Dazzle White...amongst others.
They are all sharing information with each other including your credit card information and charging you for random "stuff" that you will never get. If you do get something, SEND IT BACK REGISTERED INSURED MAIL!! Failure to do this will cost you dearly.
Their products do not perform.
They are in business to scam credit card info from you.
Call and Cancel your subscription/membership with them immediately.
Ask for a refund, but you probably wont get it.
Call your credit card company's dispute department and tell them these are not authorized charges. ASK TO HAVE YOUR CURRENT CARD CANCELED AND NEW CARD ISSUED RIGHT AWAY.
Don't fall for this. It cost me over $150.00. Lesson learned.

Earlier i ordered the acaiberry detox for the .99 shipping only online and my bank just called me and said there were some other transactions trying to go thru.  the bank has cancelled my debt card.  the number that was listed for the company was 877-233-4031

I recently buy the acai detox and the other combination of it...because i just read an article about it at facebook and it catches my attension; so i tried it. Then, now i am have a problem why i got so many medicines. I brought only two and I recieve 5 medicine. then, my bank account was charged $3,$4 for shipping on both item, then, then after they confirm the product to me, they charged me $49.00 for both items. also, there is one item who charge me $49.00 also in which i could not recognize that product.Now, i got a lot in trouble because i dont know whose to call. they give me their costumer number but its always busy. Then, now that I have the product, I have'nt tried to use it...is it really safe to use those medicine, is it really effective? i hope someone will respond to this message as soon as possible..I need help!

Cancel your debit cards...your bank has a complaint sheet and you can get a new card free of charge.  It does not change your bank account, just your debit card....after reading all of the complaints tonight I am certain that the only way to deal with this company is as underhanded as they are...cut off their ability to charge your account like they have cut off the ability to cancel orders.

I know! I recently canceled and I just got a bill for it. I'm going to try and get rid of this as soon as possible. let me know what happens to everyone else.

Have you been successful in cancelling?  They have billed me for two shipments, neither of which have been received and my credit card company states they are dealing with thousands of complaints!  Between the original "free" order and two separate billings since, there are three separate billing names used for the same product.  My card company says it is a scam.  I would be interested to know if you are successful and whether or not you have the same billing problem.
