Unknown caller for me.

This is a bill collector. He/she uses caller ID spoofing and voice masking to hide his real number and voice. Some times he programs his phone to show he is calling from LA PD and Clams is LA PD. DON’T BE FOOLED his is not the police!! Despite what he said and threats you can not be arrested for being default on a house or car. Google “caller ID spoofing” to learn more. He also Plays/runs a police scanner in the background to make you think he is a cop. DON’T BE FOOLED !! He/She is currently under investigation by the Burbank Police Department. It would be much appreciated if you contact "Deceive Ross" at Burbank Police Department California and tell him your experience with Officer Garcia ASAP.

I received several phonecalls from Officer Garcia. Seems like she doesn't belong to Highway Patrol at all. Don't be threat by Suspended Driver's License. These guys can suspend smth in their database, but they can't put on hold any officials or goverment documents. The question, which can make them become stuck: "What agency are you with?"
