Received sketchy phone call from 877-256-9954 - a Ron Clark - complete stranger who asked to meet to serve some random papers - very very sketchy.  Process servers who are valid wouldn't have a cell for someone but not their address.  When you set up a server to serve someone you have to have an address for court papers.

Received phone call from Ron Clark an alleged process server.  Everything he said was wrong for a process server.  They do not call and ask to set up an appointment so a person can be served and do not take police officers for their protection.  If you are going to be served what person in their right mind would tell them where they can meet.  The post from Mike on 10-5 was probably a person working for the company.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AS WELL. THE COMPNAY IS NATINAL PROCESS SERVERS. THEY ARE HIRED TO SERVE CIVIL JUDGEMENTS TO PEOPLE WHO GETTING SUED. HOPEFULLY THEY GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL.  I DIDT AND THEY SHOWED UP AT MY WORK THREE DAYS LATER WITH A AFFIDAVITE TO SHOW UP IN COURT.
