Genpact Service LLC, a collection company for past due GE Capital (Lowe's) accounts.

Send their calls straight to voicemail. If you cannot pay your bill in full, just send small monthly payments. Don't waste your time calling them back for assistance with a payment program. They will not work with you. The gentleman I spoke to was also very rude.

they are Genpact Services, LLC 1,a debt collector for  LOWES and maybe for other large firms. they attempted to collect from me for my Lowes Debt. Lowes, Belk, , etc. do not own the accounts sometimes.   Financial institutions do . One Financial Institution that genpact collects for is  GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK . ( I dont know if genpact has multiple clients or is exclusive for CAPTIAL RETAIL BANK).

When  GE Capital Retail bank gave up on collecting my  LOWES debt , for example , that they are the owner of , they turned it over to GENPACT to collect, then when I could not pay genpact they turned it over to a colection agency called  CAC . They may use even more collection agenies, i do not know.  but GE stills owns my Lowes debt. and i must send my noticfication of bankruptcy to GE Captital Retail Bank , the owner of my Lowes Account , rather than to Lowes per the paperwork that has come. Plus I have called CAC and  found this to be true. Some creditors use multiple collection agencies , one behind the other somehow. and even atorneys if they wish.  they still own  the debt . if you are in california you can call 757-635-8570 and leave a message with a call back number for

It is called Genpact Services, LLC, a debt collector. They are located in India, where all the calls are made.

I put their # as call forward back to them, it must have confussed them, tghe calls stopped

This outfit has called me repeatedly as (513) 878-4951. That's the number that came on my phone today. This time, however, the "caller" left a message for the first time. The message said to call back at (877) 239-7495.

They have been calling me too. For a while, I just disregarded the calls because I couldn't even understand what the person was saying in the voicemail. It was spoken with a VERY" strong foreign accent. I don't know how to make them stop calling me though. It's very annoying.

I called them back finally and they said that they didn't know why they were calling me and they said they would stop calling.

For 10 days straight, 2-3 times a day, they have called for our son.  We have refused to give them information, but still they call.  It is to the point where we consider it harassing behavior.  How do we make them stop and what does it mean they are "bill collectors?"
