FYI it is still illegal to ship drugs from abroad, they can be confiscated by US Customs and the bank will not credit your card as this is an illegal transaction. An ED drug shipped from overseas was just in the news for being contaminated with other drugs and causing life threatening conditions for some people taking them. That all being said, $3 a tablet shipped for a generic 20mg Cialis is tempting compared to $14+ US prices.

It is not at all illegal to order drugs from another country, it's merely frowned upon by the FDA. The occasional package will get siezed in their attempt to prevent mass-ordering, but there are hundreds of thousands -if not millions- of Americans who order from Canada and other countries.
What should be illegal is a company like pfizer charging $15 per pill and allowing no competition.
