Scammed as well.  Never accepted, never signed up for.  Didn't realize had been paying the $9.99 for at least 1 year on my sprint bill.  Sprint gave credit for this months bill only.  I hope the scammers get caught, enprisoned, and some return Karma.

I also got hit by these guys. I never subscribed to their service but also started getting billed $9.95/month. I kept receiving these strange SMS messages and called Verizon about it and they tracked it down to these scumbags and put a block so no other "premium messaging" will go through.

We have 3 phones on a Sprint plan and noticed one of the numbers receiving this $9.99 charge for SmsgameCheats.  Sprint informed me that they don't have any control over this (right!) and gave me contact info for this 3rd party company.  Their phone number 1-877-244-7035 hangs up on me when I press 2 for an option.  How do you reach them?  Sprint also told me that you need to reply back and not exit from these messages....somehow I don't think that this is our responsibility.  I ended up putting  premium msg block on our phones so that we do not receive these messages.

Took me 3 phone bills before I noticed a $9.99 monthly charge on my wireless. Have NO idea how or why I have been charged for this "service" I NEVER applied for.  Cincinnati Bell blocked the 3rd party "Open Market" in future, but they couldn't revere or refund me for charges.  Gave me this phone #.  I called and got a guy from another country and asked for a refund.  I could not understand him.  I asked him 2 times to repeat himself and he hung up on me.  Called again today and when I get connected, I either hear a busy tone and get disconnected or someone picks up, doesn't speak and hangs up.  Do they have my phone number listed as not to answer?? since I am a problem???

I blame the phone company. When I signed up for txt message no one ever said anything about 'premium text' that anyone with my phone number can send me a txt and I can get a bill for it. This is not right. I want to set one up for any bill collector that tries to get my payment for this will get charged $19.99 it will pay for all crookedness that these companies have.

Sending me text messages every month to check this site for the latest cheats and being charged $9.99 a month for something I have no Idea  who or what this is,also in the text message it will tell you to text STOP to quit,when you text STOP they send you a text message back that  tells you sorry but I didn't understand your text message...well understand this YOU NEED TO STOP!!!...

I have received bills for $9.99 for the last 2 months. I have Emailed them twice my phone company Alltel said that it is a 3rd party vender that I would have to call them myself.  All the information on the Sms4games you can not even pull up on the computer.  I feel it is a scam of some kind but I am not paying for something I have never used.  How do I get them to quit sending bills to Alltel as they say their is nothing they can do?  Sue Haley

I have been raped by a company that I have no idea who or what they are and when you call they conviently leave you on hold for hours and you never get an answer from a huma all you hear is your call is important to us and someone will be with you shortly. who are t6hese people and who gives them this information or permission to take our money or to bill us. I need help this is rediculous and I dont know about anyone else but I want my money back. I have called them (SM4Games) more then once and they have promised to send me a check for 30.00 this has been a charge on my alltel bill for many months. Alltel called them a long with e-mailing them and SM4 told me in would not happen again. Well, guess what it is again on this month's bill. I think the people that this is happening to need to get together and get a lawyer. This a stealing.... I am getting billed for something I have never used or even ask for...

My son signed  up for it to get  cheat codes for his  game console I called  them  at 1-888.-.123-1234 to opt out  and  since he was a minor they refunded ne right away.

My 8 year old daughter's cell phone bill is showing a charge of $9.99 for something she never subscribed to....I googled it and found this site as the only one with info about this. This is as far as I am concerned is a scam, but can be legal for them depending on how they obtained your number. First you need to go to a web site for sms4gamescheats and remove your phone number. then if you are sure that other than deleting their text to you that you never signed up for their service call Verizon customer service to dispute the charge. You also need to tell them you want to block premium messaging. Next look at your bill and see how many times you received this charge and didn't know it I just figured I was going over my texting and minutes plan and I was but not that much. ***UPDATE*** After calling the FFC, was told this practice is called "Cramming", that is, unauthorized, deceptive billings on your phone bill. They said this was handled by the FTC, so they gave me their number at 877-382-4357. I filed a complaint with them for sms4game (877-244-7035). I highly recommend everyone else does this too.

Strongly recommend everyone goes to FCC site at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and files a complaint on this criminal, fraudelent practice. Over a 12 month period we were charged $180. Only reason I had not caught it earlier was it was on a cellphone that belongs to a son that lives with his mother out of town. He pays the monthly cellphone bill that is on my plan. Only caught it when they got greedy and had 3 such charges in one month. Called up Alltel and got the same excuse and runaround as lots of others have had over such charges with their cellphone company. I put a block for such charges on all 3 of our phones to prevent this in the future. One site said they were able to trace sms4games back to Estonia or Russia area.

I have been receiving text messages from this company for a year.  When I called the phone number I'm put on hold and then the call terminates after 3 minutes. I have never talked to, had a subscription or used their service.  My number has been on the DNC list since 2005.  One more company to add to my list, the BBB and FTC probably hate me!  Oh well, illegal use of some ones number should get them in trouble.  Keep filing those complaints, better yet a lawsuit and some million dollar settlement!

i calle dmy cell carrier and they have blocked the site from contacting ,me and charging me..  i never signed up for this nor did my wife...sad how crooks and cheat you like this...sad sad world...
