Today is the 2nd time they called. Because caller ID showed "Toll Free", (which is a red flag to me) I let the answering machine pickup. Claims they are the law office of Linebarger, etc calling about their file number xxxx and asking that I call back.
Please be aware that no legitimate lawyer will make a first contact with you by phone - about anything. They all notify by mailing letters through the post office. And if it is important they will send it "return receipt requested".
Block their call - that's what I did.

Got this call, but they hung up when I answered. thought it was a wrong number until i looked up the number. A law office?
