I received exactly the post card you describe on May 25, 2012. I had a notion to contact the law but remembered they would say just ignore it.... so I ignored it!
It's Probably a Scam!

I got the same card in today's mail. As noted by other posters, they apparently think that Greensboro is in VA!  Plus, the fine print says that they are not affiliated with Norwegian Cruise Lines. It also says that they've been trying to contact you! This is news to me! Anyway, I'm not falling for it!

I called the number thinking it was from NCl, since I have taken NCl cruises before. After they find out you do not make $50, 000.00 a year  they hang up quickly. This tell you it's a scam and if it's a reputable company and they deal in travel, you would think they would know that Greensboro is in North Carolina and not Virginia. They can't even project a good image on a postcard.

I called.  Didn't stay on long.  They state it is a promo for a discount travel service.  "Coast to Coast" something.  Said it was based in Northern Virginia.  You go in for a 90-minute presentation of their services, and you get this promo travel.  Took about 20 seconds for me to hang up.

Got the same card today. What led me to believe this is a scam is that I will receive 2 round trip air fares leaving from Roanoke, Virginia or Greensboro, "VIRGINIA"?  If they were legit, they would know it's Greensboro, NORTH CAROLINIA not Virginia. Yeah, I would like to see them book me out of Greensboro, VA,   If I want to go on a cruise, I'll pay for it myself and not falling for this.  Hey, remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is!

I got the same card LarryBob received mentioning Greensboro, VA. They admit they are not affiliated with NCL but that is the only logo on the card. I think if a legitimate business was having a grand opening in my area they would be excited to get their name out there. Whoever this is gives no clue who they are or where they are having their "Grand Opening". The telephone number just led me here.

Received one of the postcards today. Listed on of the airports as Greensboro, VA (Greensboro is in North Carolina). Claimed they had been trying to contact me.

Scam post cards sent out stating:  "in celebration of our grand opening in your area, you have been selected to receive an 8 day/7nights Cruise for 2.....
The scammer does not identify himself on the card - phone number only.Despite the NCL logo on the top, a fine print disclaimer states thay have nothing to do with them. Norveigan Cruise Lines should start investigation into this - this scam will ultimately reflect bad on them.
