I've been getting these harsh messages, only they're for my brother who's not only 10 years younger than me, but has NEVER lived with me. So, I don't even know how they got my phone number and that, itself, is pretty scary. These people need to be stopped, charged, and put away...

I got a call to saying that they got my address on my voice mail and i would be served said claim number is 23916 how so you stop these calls.

OKAY SO I SEE THAT MOST EVERY ONE IS GETTING A CALL FROM # 877-253-0268 STATING THAT I OWE MONEY TO PAY DAY LOAN WONT SEND ANY TYPE OF CONFIRMATION OR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT VIA EMAIL OR BY AIR MAIL. HARD TO TAKE ANY COLLECTOR SERIOUS. LOCATION TO PAY IN PERSON IS IN DEL MAR CA. WORLD WIDE AND I CANT GO IN PERSON. THE CASE # 23480. VERY PERSISTANT AND WOULDN'T AGREE TO ANYTHING UNLESS I GAVE HER MY SS# OVER THE PHONE.

i got the same call they even called my husband work and told us the same thing as you and my started 7-25-2011 oh that we own $88.40 from a pay pay day loan

Claims there world wide mediation firm collecting debt for a payday loan stating if they don't hear from you they will serve papers to you and also addd so much money to your past due account funny thing is all these people speak englsih so you wouldn't think it was a scam
