I received a call from this number and it was regarding my debit card from my bank. They were calling asking me to verify charges on my card. I called my bank to make sure before I called the number and my bank confirmed that it was their fraud department number.

Ok Here is my story...

I was going to sign up for Sirius XM Radio But now would never in my life sign up for it.

I received a one year free subscription with my new car. And received a call from them about my subscription running out. I had a very nice and informative conversation about the different plans but wanted to look into all the channels I listened to and see if they all were on the plan I wanted. I told the girl I would call back at the end of the week and thanks for all of the information.

Now I feel completely different, reason being they started calling me three to four times a day. the first couple time I explained I would make my decision by end of the week, after 6 calls I asked them to put me on the do not call list. That said it would take up to 10days. Of course I got 3 to 4 calls a day up to that 10 days. then for 4 days no calls, but yesterday I got three more calls from a diffrent number and when I was able to answer it they explained they are a telemarketing company for XM and I would have to request to be pu on there Do not call list.

Daily phone call from this number. My Sirius XM trial subscription of 90 days is due to expire in another 2 weeks. They seem unable to stop calling me.

receive calls from 877-253-3846  at least 3 times a day----no messages and when I answered there was no one one the other side,  this is v e r y   a n n o y i n g !!!

The only way to slow them down is to get a call blocker unit. I have one that blocks up to 80 calls. Those idiots fill that up in 1 month. I think that since our Government cant stop them then they should help us by paying half the cost of a call blocker. Ive been dealing with this since the 90's. I can tell you that if you answer them and its a robocall, then your on their bug list.

Multiple calls each day, I have never been near the phone when it happens.  Called ID catches it however they do not leave a message.

We have been receiving the same calls from this number and I did answer and it was XM.  We purchased two Lexus...they are wanting to give you a special, however, when I asked for them to call me back in an hour or so...they say they can't...another words do it then or forget.  All these dealerships should be ashamed of themselves for having a generic company call and call and call...it is so annoying.

Oh thanks a bunch I haven't even owned this slightly used vehicle a month and I figured this strange number had something to do with that car.

Continued calls from this number to my and my wife's cell phone. It started after purchase of new Lexus.We have both told the caller that we are not interested in the XM radio plan but they continue to call.

Received a call last week and the person on the other line told me "congratulations on your new purchase"... I asked what he was talking about and he told me about the free trial... I bought my car last year and already signed up for everything... He then said there was something wrong with my account and that I would need to give him all new information (address, new car information, credit card, etc). To be safe, I just told him I would call back as I'm not sure if I want to continue my service... the calls have stopped, for now, and my service is still working. I suggest just calling XM directly if you have questions about your account or signing up as this guy didn't seem to be with XM radio.

They call every few days, we bought a new car a few months ago, but we only had a trial service.

Thanks for the information. I assumed it was Sirius XM radio because I, too, bought a new car last year. I never bothered to tune to their service. What I assume was the trial period expired, and they've hounded me ever since. I can guarantee that I will never subscribe to any Sirius service -- ever. Another number they are currently using is 404-478-4800.

Even if you purchase a used GM you can get a free 3 month trial of XM.  They started calling me also and asked what i thought of their service.  I thought it was a scam as my XM was not active.  Well they had activated it free but the receiver did not recieve the activation because it was parked inside.  Look up you radio ID# then go to the XM website to see if you need to send the activation signal again

Yep XM Radio. I wouldn't answer their calls from October to March as I had caller ID, but this number started showing up in April - got them flagged and will not answer.

Easyest way to stop calls from XM is to go to your profile in siriusxm.com and change your phone number to 9999999999 which they accept. You'd think they would hire better programmers to only accept valid area codes etc but nooooo...enjoy

Same comments as many above.  Bought a new Hyundai about 6 months ago and have been deluged with calls from this number ever since.  Recently started getting calls from 8664093096, same XM!  About ready to contact the do not call list again and my service provider to take legal action!.
Have received numerous letters from the same source and they just cannot believe anyone would not be interested in Sirius XM!  Wish I could find a legal way to deluge their service with spam calls or email messages and shut them up if not down!  Any ideas?

They called me on my personal cell phone asking for a women I have never heard of. Then they started asking about a Chevy Malibu, which my brother bought one used over the summer. He asked to speak to him, and I told him that my brother has his own phone to be interrupted with. Then he starts going on about XM radio and I told him not to call again.

This number keep calling my cell phone. Please STOP!!!!
