This is a xm radio bill. the charge on my card gives a website and when i went to it, the site is a service for xm radio. for my suv.

I did not receive a phone call but I have a charge on my bill for $190.76 from this number ]877-253-3888 NY.] Why is this happening? I will dispute this charge and want you to give me credit for that amount. I have had xm/siriusxm on two [2] radios for quite awhile. Love it but not when I am charged for something I did not agree too. Thank you.

Cancel! I do not want Sirus XM, nor do I like "pre-billing" of $51.00 (they hope I adore their radio to pay $15 a month. Sorry, I do not, turn it OFF!)

No call came from this number. The number appeared on a credit card charge and I had forgotten who it was from. SIRIUS/SM Radio uses these folks to handle credit card purchases on their accounts.

I am calling for my late husband Harold B. Rauch. Mr. Rauch passed away April 16, 2012. He has a charge of $175.01 from Siriusxm on his destroyed Capital One Credit card. Please credit the charge back to his account. I have disputed the charge with Capital One, but wanted to let you know.

Just noticed a charge for $180 for Sirius on my Amex. Called 877-253-3888 and they told me the only way to verify that there in not an account associated with this card # is for me to give them the card # Yeah, right, like that's going to happen. I told them I would just dispute it with Amex instead.

I JUST NOTICED A CHARGE WITH A - BEFORE IT ON MY CERDIT CARD FROM SIRIUS - MY KIDS GAVE ME A NEW RADIO WITH SIRIUS OPTION 5/6 YEARS AGO. NO GOOD RECEPTION WHERE I LIVE SO I GAVE THE RADIO BACK TO ONE OF THEM. I WILL NOW CALL LISTENER CARE AND SEE IF I CAN GET THIS FIGURED OUT! THANKS JUDY

Homer - it's a fraudulent charge, I have dealt with sirius-xm and they will take it out. You will have to have the Listener Care person search their database by your credit card number. I had the same problem with my credit card, I assume you got a call right after your trial XM subscription began with an offer for renewal if you committed a card number over the phone.
