I got a letter From an outfit calling themselves Residential Relief Foundation L.L.C. stating that their records indicate that I am "seriously delinquent on your mortgage" and that they are currently assisting Tennessee homeowners seeking relief on their delinquent mortgages through their Loan Rewrite Initiative Program.
I am not now nor have I ever been delinquent on my mortgage payments and am adequately able to re-negotiate my mortgage myself.
If you get a letter such as this or a phone call from 1-877-254-7857 offering the program I think you would be wise in telling them what southern part of their anatomy in which they can stuff their SCAM!

I continue to get phone calls from 877.254.7857 on my cell phone and I never ask for them or want them. They continue to call and leave me message about mortgage relief. I answered the call today, and I got a live person named Dan, I ask him if I could speak to a supervisor or manager so they would take me of their call list, Dan chuckled and then hung up on me.
