$58.61 was what they charged me, now what should I do to get my money back?
How come they haven't been track?

Didn't receive a call.  However, I too was hit with a charge of $58+.  Called and cancelled.  If you have not called the number to cancel, expect the fees to be deducted from your account again in the future (monthly).  They will give you a so call cancellation number but I also requested an email with the cancellation number included.  After 6+ calls for the email cancellation request, I have yet to receive it.  Their excuse was that they have sent it and it must be going to my SPAM or Junk box.  Checked both box locations, gave them 2 different email addresses and have recieved nothing from them in either email boxes.  If you decide to call, notice that no information is given upon answer as to what company they are with only a first name of the answering operator.

they didn't call, but this was the number on my bank statement next to the 58 dollars and some change they withdrew. it was a not-so-forthright advertisement site connected to Facebook. It is a list of federal agencies that have money for specific grant proposals...It's advertised to Joe Plumber on the street, but is really funds intended for social service programming with not-for-profit tax status. I'm sure there's fine print somewhere...

SCAM artist...... stole money from my VISA.  I know nothing of how they got my information.  
In return I sent their phone number and what information by bank had of the scam artist straight to a department of the FBI
