The a-holes have called twice today. The call started with broken English and heavy accents in crowded call center. Then I was given this number to call 877 261 6519. Next a confirmation number promising me a $100 Wal-Mart card. I didn't call I just looked up the number online. They will not tell you who the company is.

Please add to this! This is what protects us!

I agree, this number is calling from Wilmington Mass and say that I have received a $100 target card and the number given to call is 877-261-6519.  Stop these people....

I too just got a call with a heavy indian accent. First person called and told me that i had won a $200 gas voucher from American Auto Discount and to call 1-877-233-9192 to claim my prize number. I called anyway and she said that to receive it all i had to pay was $1.70 cents or something like that. What is this? We need a lawyer or something to check these people out.

Got 2 calls today at my place of work telling me I had won a $100 Target gift card. I hung up on them this morning. Then they called again this afternoon telling me to call 1877-261-6519 and gave me a reference number. This is a scam...

Thanks for posting this.  I knew something fishy, but finally in an attempt to stop the calls, I took down the ID and phone number (877)261-6519 and Googled it.  Now I know not to waste my time.  I hope this stops the calls, probably 15 over the past 3 days.

I also received some phone calls from 978-570-2232 NXT SALES. I was told to call 877-261-6519 and give them this code to receive a $100.00 gift voucher from Target. These people have called me numerous times before. I told them if they wanted to send me a gift card (not a voucher) because Walmart nor Target have vouchers, they may do so. They do not need my card info to send me a gift card. Who can I call to report these people?

I got a call this morning on my work phone form a foreign talking guy.
Said he had a $100.00 Wal-Mart voucher for me. Told him this was a State Institution and I could not do it. I hung up.  He waited until almost lunchtime and called again. I went along with him this time he told me the same thing he gave me a code to give when I call and the number to call was 1-877-261-6519.He told me to call right now when I hung up. I didn't just fall of the turnip truck. HA!  After looking up this number and seeing the one about they ask for a credit card number I am not going to call. What is this world coming to.

Received call like everyone else here has mentioned. Offer 200 dollar gas voucher. Then said I only needed to pay 3.90 for shipping and handling and they needed to confirm I had a valid credit card. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving that information out over then phone and asked the name of his company to which he replied, 'American Auto Discount'. I googled it and found nothing. He then said the website was under construction. I explained calmly that I had their number and I'd call back when I found out more about this company, he protested and I just kept saying the same thing. He got very frustrated and hung up on me.

The location I have got so far is on Towpath dr in Wilmington MA. from using the longitude and latitude. The 1-877 number will give you a live person to talk to but they will not give you any information about the company and then hang up on you. They all have very heavy accents, Asian maybe, but yet give names like Rick Wilson, go figure ! The best we can all do is MASS call the 1-877 number back and tell them you are from the FBI and are investigating them for fraud.

I keep receiving calls from the 9785702232 number, they gave me a code and a phone number to call. When you call they want you to give them a credit card number for the processing fee but they won't tell you what company they are from. People are getting charged other fees from what I can tell on other sites. I figured out a way to get even for all the constant calls, I can give them my visa gift card number (which I only have $5 left). Maybe they will get the hint...

Must be a scam .. I receive the calls on my office line for the $100 in gas coupons and to call the 866 number.  I do not give out my private office number to anyone dealing with personal business.  Not sure how to get rid of them.  It has become very annoying at work.

THEY WANTED TO GIVE E $100 WORTH OF GAS COUPONS.  AT LEAST THAT'S ALL I COULD UNDERSTAND  THE GAVE ME AN ID CODE AND TOLD ME TO CALL 877-261-6519.  I HAVEN'T BOTHERED.

I received the identical call.  The same call i've been getting for weeks.  I'm not paying anything for a gift!  How do I get rid of these people?

Initial call shows " unknown " on caller i.d. After multiple calls I was curious enough to answer . Same Indian accent offering 100 $ gas voucher. All I need to do is call 877-261-6519 to redeem. Might call just to harass them in return.

I keep getting these call daily. Same people. Same speach. I am so tired of these calls. I wish I had the answer. I've asked them to not call me again. I've also taken the phone off the hook and just let it sit for awhile to irritate them. Nothing works. There ought to be a way to take their service away. We all know it is a scam. Thanks for just letting me blow off steam. I tto asked for their companies name and got a bunch of mumbles with "plls" in them.

Just got call from this number with the same accented guy and "wonderful news".  I just went along with it and got off the phone.  He offered me $200 in vouchers.  These people make me sick knowing how many unsuspecting people they must scam.

Caller left number and code and stated that we won 100.00 in free gas and would just have to call to claim it. I believe any website that ask for phone numbers will sell them to other companies for a small fee. I usually change my name slightly on the website and then if a telemarketer calls I ask them to state the name in order to find out which website company has forwarded my info. I agree with JJ

I recieved a call fom 9785702232 saying that I won a $200 gift voucher and to call 8772616519 with my confirmation code that was given to me at the same time(code not listed here). so I did a little research and did not find much. I then called and was told the company was "Smart Health Options"(searrch that and see how many returns you get)based out of Pheonix, AZ. Can you believe it I had won a $200 voucher because of a recent purchase, but due to the many co-operating retailers they could not tell me who was distributing my information. All I had to pay was shipping and handleing when I recieved the voucher in the mail. BUT, they need to know that I had a valid credit card to pay the shipping. I was told not to worry , " They did not need any of my personal information just the Valid card's exp.date, 16 digit number, card type and the name on the card". I told them I was not interested and hung up. I do not know who passed on my information but I hope to find out. I might also give them a call back 9785702232 and sell them some reusable sanitary napkins.

man with a very heavy accent  has called 3 times this time spoke with him i hung up the other 2 times..he says he needs to give me 2 numbers to call for a  gift and one is a code to recieve the gift...a lady answers with the same accent and I couldn' t understand her so I hung up...

Apparently The phone numer is a prime number, if that means any thing to anyone.

I have had the same thing happen to me just tonight, I finaly answered after the third call. On the other line was a man with an Indi accent,the samething was said, My number was selected to receive a free $100 dollar gift card. I went as far as to ask the company name and what followed was inaudible. So I wrote downthe pin number wich I won't put in this post because people are not to bright. By the end of the phone call I really wanted to know what company this guy worked for so I asked him to spell it, and with a discruntled sigh and in a scornful tone the caller spelled out rather quickly, propue. Hard to watch my language after these annoying calls, anyways I'll try. I am getting calls for 3 days in a row by different operators with foreign accent (from India or so) who politely tell me that my number has been selected for a voucher (I think $200) and that I have to call 877-261-6519 to claim it. They are reluctant to identify themselves and they do not know what can I do to avoid further calls. I called that 877 number and other person with the same foreign accent answered me. I requested this person to remove my number from their directory and explained that I do not need any vouchers or coupons. I hope they can remove my phone, but I remember this has happened in the past with offers for a $200 WalMart coupon and they called me many times as well.

I have been receiving phone calls from a "978" number for the past couple of days.  I decided to answer today.  The caller had a heavy foreign accent and told me that he was called to provide me with a gift code number because of my recent purchase with (I could not understand the company he said).  I asked him to explain the recent purchase and he said "Walmart or Target or any of our other companies.  Well Walmart and Target are not owned or affiliated with a parent company.  He gave me a code and this telephone number to call to redeem a gift.
