they call but never leave a message when I answer there is no one on the other end. Calls all hours of the day.

They call me almost daily at the rate of 2-3 times.  Nobody is ever there or its a recording to call a certain number.  How do you stop them???

Just left a msg with computer voice and phone #. No info.

Allied Financial has several different phone number.  They use them all day long...as many as 10 to 12 times.  They are harassing me.  I am on the Do Not Call LIst.  Quit harassing me.

They keep calling from this number won't leave a message and when I call back they don't answer.

Abandoned Calls:
They have two (2) seconds to respond when you say Hello.  If there is no answer within 2 seconds.  The company may be reported to the FTC as an abandoned caller.This is illegal and it doesn't matter if they are a valid caller or not; this includes.  

Robo Calls (have 12 months to comply effective (shortly after 2013-02-10)(see: http://800notes.com/news/new-rules-for-robocalls ) Established Business Relations (EBR), Non-profit callers, Debt Collectors.  Of course, if it's a friend, you may want to give them some slack. ;-)
These calls may be reported to the FTC; Fraud calls should be reported to the FCC; but, most fraud still should be reported to FTC.  If you don't know which, report to the FTC.

EBR calls: Send a registered letter "requesting" them to cease; if they don't stop after that, contact your state's attorney general.  If they are an EBR and calling because you owe them money, see your rights below.
Fraudulent Non-profit (ex: Company offers vacation; but, are really trying to sell something) report to FTC.

I'm getting tired of these people hounding me about a bill that isn't mine. They won't quit.

This number calls my home 2-3 times a day. There is never any one on the line!

A billing company for my son's doctor gave me this phone number to call so I did. A member of the Equal People (a  [removed:lang]) answered the phone and was short and rude right off the start. Imagine that!

I asked who I was talking to and all it could do was repeat the name of the company. I asked if they were a debt collection company and it said it couldn't divulge that information so what's my account number.

I told it that I would look them up on the internet and might call them the  [removed:lang] back if they were lucky. As it turns out, it looks like the baboon gave me a fake company name.  Goddam  [removed:lang] ruin everything they touch!

I have had this cell phone just a short time and I use my home phone number exclusively for any and all contact phone number requests. I have not answered the call since this phone is a pay as you go type phone.

This is Allied Debt Collectors they called my phone looking for someone else when I infromed them I was surly not the MAN they were looking for they continued to annoy me so I ignore them now!!!
