She called my father inlaws number left a message for me and i called the number she left ,left her a message and she called me back herassing saying she's going to my home or job. i wish she would ill have the police here in 4.5 seconds then she said I'm served very weird

thank you. The only thing had me curious is when I actually called the number back to make an arrangement they told me they wouldn't accept anything it was out of their office and in the hands of the constable

No one shows up. Your caller is a scammer that's hoping you're naïve. It's just that simple. Process servers or, in some states, deputies do NOT call ahead of time. EVER! The low-life calling you is using one of the oldest ploys in use by fraudulent and/or bogus debt collectors. She's a minimum wage cubicle clown hoping to supplement her pathetic income with an equally pathetic commission.
Google the FDCPA. Once you've done that, you're caller is done! She's completely powerless & the only thing she'll have left is her elaborate lines of BS!

I got this same call today I'm scared to death she's going to show up at my job. Everyone says it's a scare tactic it's working. Has anyone had them show up

Received a call today from Lisa Miller she had my work and home number, left message that she was scheduled to have papers served to me either at my home or work on Wednesday 04/02 between 12 noon and 5:00 pm.  She left a phone number for me to call to have the papers stopped.  She never identified the company.  I called the number she provided, I  had to leave a message, no one picked up, voice message gave the name of the company as LRA, they did not say what they did or gave a location only provided business hours.  Very odd. Lisa Miller did not leave a call back number and the number she called from was restricted.

I also received a call from an unknown #...woman left message said her name was Lisa Miller and was a private courier and had documents to deliver to me that I had to show ID to sign for. Said I could call 877-318-6812 and try and obtain a stop order. I called to find out what this was all about...a Cheryl Stein answered, was rude and threw around a bunch of words like lawsuit, affidavit, and litigation.  Said I owed money to Peppercash, an advanced payday loan company. I did get a very small loan from them 2-3 years ago but paid it back plus a lot more they took out of my bank account.  Ended up having to close my account and open a new one! I hung up on that lady and received another call today with voicemail saying they did not receive a stop order and would be delivering documents to my residence or workplace. After some online researching yesterday after the first call, I found out that Internet payday loans are illegal in NC, where I live. I found this info on the NC dept of justice website! They also had a # to call if you received any calls like this. I called and spoke to Jennifer Day who assured me it was a scam and that the payday loan company can do absolutely nothing! I was so relieved! I suggest you check your state dept of justice website and see what they have to say regarding these situations.

Got a call  from a restricted number..I let it it go to voicemail. It was a message from a Lisa Smith ..saying she is from a private courier and that she had documents fot me to sign and left the number 877-338-8116 and a case number..she said that if I didn't call back that She would deliver papers at my home or work. .and that I have been 'notified' ..lol..
What A-holes! I did have an online payday loan a few years ago that completely screwed me and my bank account up...if they think they are getting a dime out of me they are nuts.

I got the same Message today from  James Williams on my cell at unknown number, left message..  he said I was notified.    He did not even know the company.  He told me to call  1-877-338-8116. THE  he said I would be served tomorrow at home or work.   He gave me a suit number.   Shirley Stein picked up.   She claimed there was no court date set yet, I could make arrangement, scared me so I did, but I did not give her a card yet. I would call her back tomorrow. I would received doc. after I received release doc. after I put the card numbers on file. Is this legit or not.  This is so disgusting. I am tired of these scams.  no one calls to verify your info the county has your info. to serve.

Has anyone ever been served?  I'm trying to find out if they are actually b***s*** artists.  Any information would be appreciated.

Also tried to look up any info of Trinity Alliance Group Rochester, NY on-line and found NOTHING!!!

Got a call from a "private currier" named Sara Miller who called from a private number yesterday, saying she had documents to serve me and gave me the number 877-263-4653 to call to find out what I would be signing for and to ask about a stop order. Called the number and the company was TAG and claimed I owed a ridiculous amount on a payday loan I had taken out back in October 2010. The payday loan was correct but she said the balance if I went to court would be a judgement of $4158 but I could do a one time settlement for $1500 or 6 monthly payments of $371.72. I told her I could do neither and she had me to speak to some director, Mr. Merizano who then said I could do 9 monthly payments of $245.77, he had me in tears and I agreed and gave my debit card number.  After doing research on the 877 number, I saw these complaints and started thinking. I also tried several times to contact the company at 8:46 am, 9:16 am today, with no answer and a generic answering machine. Finally spoke to a Cheryl in the pre-legal dept of Trinity Alliance Group of Rochester, NY. Told her I canceled my debit card and to have me "served". First of all, a sheriff is required to serve you legal documents, second, no private currier is gonna call to warn you about being served, defeats the purpose. I asked for the physical address to TAG for which I only got a po box. Cheryl claims it is the pre-legal dept, they were not a scam and I agreed to payments on a federally recorded phone line. I couldn't even get the first name of Mr. Merizano, we'll see what happens from here

I also received this same call today.  She kept reiterating that I call this number and ask for a Stop Order.  I did go my local police deptartment.  They traced this # to a scam company.  Couldn't figure it out as I don't owe anything and have not received anything in the mail.  She told me her name was Sara Miller and she works for 50 different attorneys and she would be calling back tomorrow before she served any papers.  I wish people would get a real job and leave other innocent parties alone.

I received the cal this Monday. Glad to know this is a scam.

Got the same call from a restricted number and the lady said she was a courier and if I had questions to call 877-263-4653, gave me a case number too.  They also called my husband's cell and our home number.  Why can't these people leave other people alone?

this lady might got the right person this time!!! She show up to my job or my home, i'mma smack the s*** out of her. I no idea what this is , but these people have all my information. This is crazy!

I got a call from this number as well and told me she was a private courier and that she has documents for me that need my signature and that she will be coming to my work or home. Left # 1-877-263-4653 and a case number. I am so concerned and it is refreshing to know that this is a scam. My voicemail even said you have been served.I was like WTF! Why cant these people be stopped????

I received a call yesterday and today with them saying the same thing I googled the number she called from it was the Eastern District Court fax number.  I called the court and they say that they dont call people to warn them.

Received call telling me she was a couirer and to call 18772634654 and gave a case number   and paperwork would be delivered to my work or home this has to be a scam couirers dont call saying they are delivering.

Woman calls says message is for someone I never heard of.  Says she bringing the paperwork either to his job or his home regarding the filing request and consider himself served, then left a phone number and a case number.  Sounded like complete BS to entice someone to panic and call them.  Sound like scammers.  Never identified the company or agency she was calling from.
