They call and when you answer they say nothing. I  finally just say if you don't say nothing then don't bother calling and hang up on them.

It was an automated call from RG&E (Rochester Gas and Electric) with a severe weather notice to make other plans if you can't live without a loss of electricity due to the upcoming storm.

877-266-3492 Is an automated message from RGE ..it is for a payment reminder when you are past due with your payment/service ready to be terminated. 877-266-3492 Is a legitimate # and can be found on your RGE bill under payment arrangements. I checked my bill to verify. Hope this helps :)

That phone number seems to be from Rochester Gas and Electric

I recently got my phone...I haven't even had it for more than a month.  And already, i'm recieving phone calls from this number!!!  They won't stop calling, i'm getting calls every two minutes, it's ridiculous!  I'm guessing they have the wrong number, because they stated some one else's name, not mine!  I'm hoping it is just a mix up, because they told me to call back in regards to my account?...
