Did anybody ever receive their money within 30 days. It's been 4 months for me. Did what everyone of you has done to contact and never got an answer.

D, I called Tony Bradley to ask for a refund and he also said that it was ready but I would have to pay a transfer fee.  I called him every name in the book and he had the guts to say that he was insulted.  I told him that insulting was the least he deserved.  I received a call from the Jamaican Consulate in Toronto and they want as much information as we can send them, they in turn will contact authorities in Jamaica also.  I am shocked that these people are still operating after all the complaints.  I am beginning to wonder if the authorities will do anything.  D or anyone who would like to discuss this email me a manuelab2011@gmail.com

Been told once again that I have to pay more to get a refund what a crock I've alerted the FTC along with the Jamaican fraud squad any one with info post it here and I will forward to the authorities

i would get a refund in 30 days.. after processing fees of approx 200.00 for phone calls etc...i all but cussed out mr tony bradley that day..

i was told the same thing.. i had to wait 30 days..for a refund.. and i also spoke with a tony bradley.. if thats his real name.

D, I have just asked for my money back and they said that they are processing the paperwork but did not say that it would cost me anything.  Having said that I am expecting some penalty and in my heart of hearts, I know I will never see my money.

We should all as a group contact a fraud reporting agency in Jamaica.  I think that if enough people do it at the same time it would have some impact.

I too applied for a loan $14000.00, which went up to $20,000.00, but a each time they were to release the funds to my account they came up with another charge. The government had a fee and I sent it to  them, and my funds were to be released to my account, but they came up with another fee. I told them to send me my refund, but they said I had to send them $800.00 before my refund could be sent to me. I am now working with the Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory offices to get my  refund.Lisa Black is connected with them, and so is Wendy Webber. If you need a loan DO NOT use precessionfinanicial.com, the Federal Trade Commission says that they are a SCAM.

Shelly Marche and Tony Bradley steal your money and try to make you think your are going to get a loan. That's crazy they want you to send 1,000 dollars for a 4,000 dollar loan.

This company is a scam. Don't send them any money. They feed you all this bs saying your approved and your not then they tell you give them more time to find a lender. They are full of bs.

D, in the beginning of all this when i was asking all sorts of questions and doubting it all and pointing out he mistakes on the loan document, the guy i was talking to said that will give a refund and it would take about 30 days.  When I kept on insisting that they were fraudulent he repeated over and over that if they give the money back hey are not fraudulent.  There is so much to b said but cannot say it here.

Seriously you need to stop this.  If I had a way of speaking to you without publishing my number here i would.

listen this is a scam i phoned every department thes guys are not legit plus they took my money i demanded it back they said i had to pay 400 just to get it back i talked to the jamaican buisness registrry no listing for these guys i talked to the jamacian fraud centre so i think the numbers will be off the hook soon

I have a call into the Jamaican Consulate.  I received what is supposed to be a legal doment (not the first one they send for us to sign) but an additional one singed by a John McCormack who is suppose to be their Finance Manager.  This document has a logo on it and the address which I check out and the address is legit.  The logo is for the Border Tax Department (that is what they say).  I am going to check this out with the Consulate.

i have reported every number that i received a call from as soon as i posted a bad comment got a call from john peters saying take it down and my moneys in charity so people beware a report any number from jamaica

I asked for a refund also and was told they will take 250 processing fee.  It's a scam and we are not going to get any money back.  It's all a lie
