I received a call from a John Preston 888-995-0693  ext 109, now no where to be found after they took  $510 out of my bank account. that number was on my statement 877-268-8250 it is not a working number, because no one is ever available.  After reading all these emails I contacted my bank for help because it seems to be a scam, but where does those people get those information?

Ha they had a so called person call me as well w threating info about court and summons - since when do they forewarn you about a summons? In any event, I gave them all the info they requested then closed my accounts shortly thereafter.  These scammers are gettig beside themselves with this foolishness.

They took out 221.00 out of my account because I was stupid enough to let them and when I found this site I took out all the money in my account and closed it. This b*****d had me stress when they called my family member saying there going to have an arrest warrant for me if I don't pay. Don't give this people your time and money this people are good but there not going to get a dime from me anymore.

They got me for$ 491. 00 I have been trying to contact them to make sure my payment was received, they never answered my phone calls. I to is changing my account.

Just checked my account and noticed a 490.95 charge for NCW Billing 4 and the company I talked to was Rothman Mediation Services. Looked up NCW Billing 4 and found this site.  After reading everyones statement, I called my bank and told them about the scam and cancelled all my cards and am going to close and reopen new accounts. Going to call these people and ask for paperwork before I pay. I have retained a lawyer through my work just in case I have further issues with these people. I was also told to file a fraud report with my bank.  Beware!!!!!!!

This is a total debt collector for integrity loans and some others. DO NOT give them ANY information on phone as they are recording your conversation and say they can use this as their consent to collect. They took $384.00 out of my account. They went as far as to call my daughters phone to get my phone number and told her I had fraud charges being put on me.  She didn't give them my number but called me all upset.  Their debt collectors and they will LIE about everything. As you can see lots of people have had many problems with them.  I pay my debts but not fast enough they couldn't even keep there agreement  on the payment plan.  Will be reporting them as I hope all of you do. This company got me for $100 in October 2013. They called me again telling me that I owe them for a account I had taken care of in October. I am not working nor do I have any money to pay them. They threat me with court papers. I tried to talk to them to make arrangements but they wanted the money yesterday. I agreed to pay them $100 on the 21st of January, but after reading the comments from people who have been scammed by this company they aren't getting a dime from me. Another scam company taking advantage of people.

They just called us. They didnt even have the first name right. They actually used my husbands brothers name. I called them back and told them no body by the name they called about lives here.

Got a call a month ago regarding a bill in collections from when I was  unemployed. The guy first called and said that he needed to serve me papers. I told him to give me the number of the law firm handling the docket. When I called the number which was an 800 number, the guy stated with court fees I owed over 5000.00!
He knew that I got direct deposit for my pay! I got afraid and gave my bank information and set up a payment arrangement for every other week... Plus a deposit! I explained that I was the only one working in my home and I'm on public assistance. They only lowered the amount by 75.00.. The deposit was withdrawn plus an additional 9.95 for processing. Then anger payment came out exactly a week later! Tia wasn't suppose to come out until my next pay period! Tia caused the account to be overdrawn and I acquired a fee from my bank! Wen I tried to call the number for NCW I only got a generic answering machine not a business voice mail! I also tried to call the guy from the law firm Brian o'connel or O'Connor and got another answering machine saying this number is not set up for phone calls!
So I then changed my account information and my bank reversed all the payments and an investigation claim is pending. I got 6 blocked calls today and low and behold it is a Hispanic guy telling me I now have to py the full amount and that thy received charge backs from all the payments! He alo Sid tht I hold get a lawyer because I'm gonna need it!! SCAM ARTISTS!!

They just got m in jan for 500.00 today I got another call saying that I owe for this and that I need to check into because it could be a scam from someone, I called my bank and sure enough it was NCW 877-268-8350 called it and got a answering machine. The other place that calle today a lady called my work to tell me I was going to get served with papers if I didn't call this number right away 888-252-4804 they answered but when IT just called again it was a macine. Has anyone had this number call them.

The number does not even allow you to talk to a person.

I just got a call from my sister given me a number and a docket number and said that someone called her stating that she should have me call ASAP. I called they stated i owe back debt and that i will be served and owe something like 5,800 in court fees and other things while i was on the phone with them i google the number and saw this . I informed them that if they wanted to serve me to go ahead and serve me . and informed them they are frauds and will have to stop calling me. As of right now i have gotten 15 calls from them in 20 mins.

I originally got a call from a Peter Juliano saying he was with Boga, Juliano and assocites from a phone number 1-855-483-1856. Saying I owed them money and I was going to be served with papers etc. Well I got worried and like a dummy gave my bank information. The name on the account was NCW Billing at 1-877-268-8350. So they got 500.00 from me. Now they are still calling to say I have to pay the "settlement" amount or I have to pay it in full. So I did file a police report and a claim with the Federal Trade Commssion. But it looks like I am out of the money just in time for Christmas. Everyone is fraudulent anymore. If I owe money I will gladly pay my debts back and most legitimate companies will work with you and send you the paperwork in the mail. I guess you live and learn. Instead of falling for anything anymore I will wait to be served with papers and go from there.

This number appeared on my bank statement. I called it back on several occasions AND  I HAVE YET to receive one back. I will be changing my acct #

I got a call at the end of Augest from NCW Billing they thretend me to make payment on an old bill so I said I was on unemployment and that I could not pay right now when I said that the guy from NCW Billing said he was going to send it to my DAs office so I was forced into making a payment I did not  have anyway my account got overdrawn and the payment was sent back now I told the guy I was getting A new job on 09/17/12 that I could start payments when I got my new Job. now I am in a heap of truble because the payment didnot go through What can I do Thanks.

Its a Scam BEWARE!!!!
