We keep receiving calls from CBE saying they are debt collector and I finally called the 1-877 number that was left.  Once I got ahold of a customer service rep, they could not tell me what # they were calling, my name or any information.  They asked me for our Acct. # which I didn't have and said they were collecting debts owed to DIRECT TV. The phone # they called is not our primary phone line as we use our cell phones for all contacts and the home phone is only set up for our WIFI account.  Funny thing is, we have never used Direct TV in the past or now.  When I told her that she put me on hold and never came back on the line.  Today, Jan. 28, 2014 we received another call from them and they left the same message????? How do I get this # to quit calling us?????

Called at 10am, but left no message on answering machine.  Caller ID only says "800 Service."  If these guys are debt collectors, they are looking for someone with the same last name as ours [we have an unusual/ethnic last name]; all our accounts are up to speed.  And, we don't owe the IRS any money.

Called and asked for person that no longer lives in residence and said that it was a personal matter when asked what nature of call was...

Has called several times to speak with my husband. Caller, "Tracy Gramenz", told me it was a "personal business matter" and she couldn't speak to me ab out it. When my husband called the number given, the person who answered tried to get IRS info from him. We turned this number into the IRS. I think we'll turn it into our State's Atty Gen, too.

gave a name like it was personal, when asked what the nature of the call is about, said it was of a personal matter for my hubby.

CBE group continues to call and harrass.  This must stop before I contact the Federal authorities. They work for the US Internal; Revnue Service, but I will not hesitate to bring charges against them.
