This guy just called my cell phone saying I better pay $1500 or he will have me locked up. I told them that "I am nervous and just soiled myself, and it felt really good". Before he could get a word in I invited him to come over and take a bath with me. He said "Shut the hell up" and then hung up on me. What a complete schnauzer d!*k!!

This guy called my job with a heavy accent and had my date of birth and name.  He would not identify himself and asked to speak to my Supervisor.  The Receptionist couldn't get information out of him either as to what agency he was with, his name nothing.

This is the very same person and phone number he called my IT director at work. The IT director believed him for a minute. The director spoke with my super and my super spoke to me and said he cannot have this going on. I try to tell my super this was a scam and I know he believes me. People be careful. Wow.

i just received a call from an Indian guy looking for an employee of mine. when I told him she was not here he called back about 50 times harrasing us ....!!! BEWARE!

This individual with a heavy accent (middle eastern ?) called for about 30 min tieing up my company phone lines.  I tried being polite, I hung up on him whenever he called...even used an air horn to answer the phone a couple of times (that was kind of fun).  calling from 877-273-3560...called the phone company to have a call block put on this number...so far he hasn't called back.  Said his name was Paul Nixon (yeah, right)...
Would not tell me his company name, tried to give me a badge number and tell me that legal action was going to commence against one of our employees if they didn't call him back immediately.

I just got this number on my cell phone with a man middle eastern accent informing me that I have many complaints on my social security number and then he was asking me for my social security number to verify the complaints. I cursed the crap out of him and he's harrassing me leaving messages on my voicemail. The said part about it is the same person that's has been repeadetly calling my cell phone for several months already with different phone numbers. This is harrassment! My local police station said to ignore the calls or not pick up. Geez! What an advice! This needs to STOP!!!!

Called today and left message for one of our employees.  Said he was from Bureau of Crime Investigation for NC and our employee has allegations against him that must be resolved.  Didn't sound right, so I googled number and found this webpage. Geez...... hope to block the number cause I'm not dealing with this fool over and over!

Same as all the other entries here - heavy accent, tells me I am in trouble with complaints against.  My blocked calls list with my phone company has several numbers with this same scam.  Why can't they be stopped?

I have been recieving the same calls from 877-273-3560 as well as 800-684-8429 among several others. The man that calls has a very thick accent and says his name is Allen O'Conner (really) and has threatened and cursed saying that my husband owes XXX amount of dollars, which by the way we don't. When I ask for the name of his law firm he says I can't give you that information and when I ask for written proof that I owe this money he says he can't send that. Bull. When  ask if he can prove that I owe the money he very rudely says can you prove that you don't. When I say yes he hangs up and starts calling again. It's really irritating.

These people are crazy! They called my place of work and left a message for a girl who works with us... she has had so many different calls from these people!!! Do not fall for this scam!!! The lady that called is Jenni Cooper... which there is no way this ladys name is Jenni Cooper... they are ruthless! The number they called from was 916-395-0000 and Jenni left the number 877-273-3560... they are nuts!!!!

person with thick south asian? accent asked me to call my daughter about legal acction of some sort left this number and the name Dennis Stein from Morgan, ? and Associates. I called her and said they had been harrassing her about a Payday loan she never made.

Mike... really you have lost your mind in Iraq somewhere! You are NOT a legit company... You would never have the name Mike coming from where you came from, and you cannot operate a collections company this way because they are barred from harrassing, must release information to prove that you owe the debt, etc etc etc... So therefor you are NOT a collection agency.. but rather a scammer. Collection agencies are held to higher standards than you you inbred piece of crap!

I received a few calls from these people today. They are clearly foreigners! The first guy kept talking and talking accusing me of not paying back a cash advance loan. I've never done a cash advance loan so I knew this was either a scam or possibly someone stole my info. Well after trying to tell him 15 times to stop talking so I could explain that this is not my debt and that I need details of the "supposed" funds that were deposited into my account... He wouldnt shut his mouth so I told him to STFU!!! and he hung up lol.... Sooo I called back and told the man that I needed to know the company name... he asked for mine... so I asked for his. He then told me he is a legal representative for US cash advances... I asked what HIS company is named and he said Legal Services. I said the name of your company is Legal Services? to which he replied... Do you speak english??? ARE U FN KIDDING ME??? Are u asking if I speak English when you are CLEARLY not from the US and cant speak english for crap??? I should have started speaking Russian and Georgian to him to see if he understood them apples! lol... So now that I know they are nothing but scammers... because REAL collectors cannot speak to you that way, the cannot threaten you, they cannot harrass you, the must furnish proof of the debt, and so on... CLEARLY YOU ARE SCAMMERS!!! So the rest of my day will be spent blowing up THEIR phones like they have done mine all day! And ooooh they sure don't like it! Now they know I'm onto them and hang up everytime they answer and see its me! HAHAHA losers! I reported them to the local police, the FBI, All 3 credit bureaus, The California police having jurisdiction over their area and my bank! GOOD LUCK SCAMMING ME YOU B*****DS!!!

Oh and once when I called back he told me he could no longer speak with me and that he wanted my attorney's phone number... When I told him I am my own attorney he wanted my BAR# and I told him I am not AN attorney... But rather I do not NEED an attorney and will be representing MYSELF. He hung up! These people are soo stupid!

This guy named Brian west, with a heavy middle eastern accident, tried to say that I owe them money. They are harrassing me, calling my work about 40x in a row, harrassing my employees and have called my husbad, my cell, and my mother. They are harrassing my whole family. He said that "they had a legal matter against my social security" I asked him what my social was, he told me if you do not know it, I am not going to tell you what it is. He did rattle off the last four digits of my social, but nothing else. I told him that was incorrect and then hung up on him. I then stated when he called back the fourth of fifth time that I was reporting him to the us government, he told me I was a dumb bit*h and said go ahead we will then sue you. I stated that he could go right ahead, he has my address bring it on!

Don't be scared about it at all. They can't do squat.

They are scammers who prey on people who think that they (them) can actually DO SOMETHING.

I just got a call from them about an hour ago (it came up with the 877-273-3560 phone number) I filled out a tip form on the FBI website and now after seeing all the posts online I think I may see who else I can contact. I'm really scared about this.

keeps calling asking for someone who no longer works here. Keeps auto dialing the call back filling up all of our available lines at a private country club. This harrassment needs to stop

I wish this guy would stop calling me from 877-273-3560. All he can say is that be has complaints against me. I say what complaints I don't owe payday loans. Then he hangs up. Every week a different one calls with a foreign accent. They call my job and curse at my coworkers!! It is such a headache. The Droid apps are great. I just add the numbers when they call and they get my voicemail which by the way they can't leave a message on!!!!!!! Go find someone else to sucker money out of!!@

I continually get calls from a Pakistani accented guy who goes by David Jones, sometimes Nevan Jones and sometimes Brandon Brown. He claims he is from the Federal Bureau of Legislation San Francisco and that he will be filing a subpoena for my arrest if I don't pay an unpaid loan.  

They repeat my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, my FULL BANK ACCOUNT number, my mother MAIDEN NAME, my parents and families addresses, etc.  They call my employers, family, friends etc. scaring them by saying they are going to arrest me.  They are a SCAM!  

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but since they are not an accredited business, they can't do anything.  

I reported my identify theft to the Federal Trade Commission (reference my complaint #31829711 as well) 877-438-4338.

I reported them to the three main credit bureaus

One of the numbers they call from is 760-278-1372.  I googled that phone number and found they are located in Blythe, CA.  I notifed the Blythe, CA police (Detective Cornwell @ 760-922-6111).  They also have called me from 877-273-3560 and 573-340-5662.  The phone provider these phone numbers belong to is Magic Jack which is a flash drive you can insert in any laptop and there is no way of tracing where they are.  They could be calling you from another country...no way to tell.

I am reporting them to my local police department and the two police departments will work together to try to catch them.

Same has been happening to me as well.  I was able to track one of their numbers to California and notified the local police there.  I GPSd it right down to the exact address.  They use a phone system thru Majic Jack and shift locations often so they won't get caught.  Just wondered if you can post the phone number of the police station you notified.  I already have the Downers Grove police and the the town in California working together to try to catch these guys.  If we can get all of the police stations working together on this, maybe we have a better chance of catching them.

Keeps calling my business demanding money.  Call every second for over an hour. Heavy accents foreigners. They need to stop, called police.

I received several calls today from this number, attempt to collect a debt from a cash advance....he had a very heavy accent. I almost fell for it until I looked at this site. I just reported the scam to the Ohio Attorney General office, I hope that this crap gets cleared up, I was almost stupid enough to fall for his scam, like I almost was. He made several threats to me like prison and check fraud. He also knew all my info ss#, dl#, dob and my email address.....very scary~!!!!!!!

I got a call from this guy by the name Rey Fleck. He is stating that a family member put me as a referance on some sort of loan. The name of the person is not a family member she was a co-worker that I worked with about 6 months ago. I reported it and blocked him. The droid app picks up the number and hangs up so they can't even leave a message lol. To bad sucker go ahead waste your time calling my unlimited phone plan. LOL The number that called is 877-273-3560 bunch of BS.

I just got the same call saying that we owe them 1000 and some dollers, and if we didnt pay today we will be getting 5000.00 in attorney fees. I called them back and started harrasing them. My husband works for the FbI and I think they are f*cking with the wrong people. I told them to call my husbands place of work .
Then he said your husband is a bad bad man... So I kept calling them back now they wont answer. Do Not fall for this b.s.!!!!

HAve been receivng alot of calls form this number 916--395-0000 or 877-273-3560, got the name of Ray Felc, heavy accent, threating to sue and i needed an attorney, that he will be coming after my employer, read all these posts and getting the same harassment as everyone else. I always research any number that contacts me that is unknown, too many weirdos out there................

I've gotten the same calls from these people. Just say you aren't there and take a message and they go away! I won't let my blood pressure go up from these guys again. They called about 6 months ago saying they were with the FBI and someone was going to come to my house and arrest me. I called the police and reported this number but they are still at it? How is it that they are allowed to keep this same phone number!
