This is a scam I'm having this investigated as we speak  the harassing calls the threats is unbelievable well I guess it starts when you deal with those a***oles from cash call western sky loans that's when all this nightmare starts good luck don't let them f*** with you they are scammers

This number keeps calling my mom's phone looking for me.. They leave a message saying he has my information that he needs so if he does why doesn't he call my phone? I looked up this number and thanks people for letting me know what this is.. If I do talk to him I will record our conversation.

THEY JUST CALLED ME AS WELL. THEY CALLED MY PARENTS AND MY IN LAWS. THIS A SCAM, AND I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF FILING BANKRUPTCY, SO BY LAW THEY SHOULDNT EVEN BE TALKING TO ME. MY LAWYER IS CHECKING INTO  IT, AND WE WILL SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG GIRL!!!

Does anyone know what they are being served for. I just received calls starting today they called my sister over and over till she answered the phone and told her I had a claim filed aganist me then they called my boss and left a message with her to have me call them but she did not say what they said on her voice mail. then hours later they finally actually called me for the 1st time they had not even tried to call me yet and left a message about needing an address to serve me at... I'm confused I don't owe anything more then some medical bills does anyone know what this could be for?

this person called and I called him back. told me its a litigation company.. i asked for the name and didnt answer me.. the weird part is that he called looking for someone else and if knew  the person. somehow when they did a "backgound investigation" my name popped up.. Can that happen??? . also, apparently they have a 3rd party administrater making calls for them.. so i asked  him why doesnt his office make the calls? Why did they give me YOUR # then?? he didnt know.. he didnt know much and i told him he didnt know anything..  his response is was "im a Level 1 representative".. really?? I then told him to transfer me to the highest level representative.. he asked me "why?". I also asked what is this person getting charged for? he couldnt tell me.. SO, youre calling my phone about someone else and youre not telling me?? i need to know so i could relay the message i told him.. LOL....I ripped into his behind so bad he hung up on me.. JERK!! go ahead call me again punk!

Called me several times, my in laws, and my employer. His name was Colton Morris. No company name just a message with a bunch of BS and that I had been served.

Threatened I was a bad mother and my kids were gonna get taken away!!

They just called me and he said is name was Mike Webb that is the name he gave on my voicemail and he said that if I did not call him ASAP that I would be served ????  Said I owed money ??

Do you know who they are?

they are a collection agency and as a collector myself they are violating all sorts of fdcpa regulations they come at you as a locating firm , they state that they are filing charges wich they can not debt is a civil matter not a criminal  what i suggest everybody do  is record the conversation and contact a lawyer who handles these issues you can find one in google sue them they called me threatening me with charges and even jail time i cracked up  i have my recorder ready for them they are not even licenced to collect in my state

I have received many threatening voicemails directing me to call "the firm" at this number. They never say who it is, or exactly what it is in reference to, but the number comes up in google as Apex Building Systems in Little Rock, Arizona. I have never even been to Little Rock or lived in Arizona or the southwest..No clue what this is about, but they are harassing me. The number they call from is also ALWAYS restricted and thus automatically sent to my voicemail...
