just recieved all from this guy a the person's job, stating she was do in court, he'll go by her house , etc. My issue is that I'm the receptionist for our office and he basically to all her business. How can he be stopped, what aboout people privacy?

Did he leave you alone after you said he had the wrong person?  Or did he keep calling?

The guy said his name is Dan a legal carrier according to him. Says that he delivers legal documents for.claiments foe court. He says that he goes to the persons house to.serve the papers. Which we don't have any legal issues or else it would have arisen before... so finally I just told him he had the wrong number and the wrong person.  Isn't the first time this number has called my cell.phone
