Yup, same message, same number.  Obviously a hoax.

Wow, these scammers really have a lot of phone numbers.  I wonder why they have to change them so often?  ;-)  My "Congratulations!" postcard -- while having the identical award specifics -- has 1-877-599-6533.

Got a letter from "Travelocity Hotel Gift Cards" with phone # 877-343-5833. Same as all the above. Figured it was a scam! It is!

Same letter--from Mary Evans--to call 800-514-2458

I got a post card with the # 1-877-690-4239. I called it and they asked for my significant other information and asked if I have a credit card. I told them I had neither so they said I didn't "qualify" for the "deal"...  Please don't fall into these scams.... I called after reading your posts and played dumb to see what they would say.

Also received a letter today from "Travelocity Hotel Gift Cards". The phone number given was 800-514-2458.  What caught my attention was the letter wasn't postmarked by a post office.  Figured someone just put it in my mailbox.  I wonder if the people that send these scams through the USPS system are committing a federal crime.  Maybe we should help those people find out what the results are for this scam?

I googled the phrase "travelocity hotel gift card" and found this forum.
We received the same postcard with yet another anonymous number (and it's been over 48 hours since I received it-bet they'd still take my money if I called, though!)

figured it was a scam ,and didn't call them ,said they had tried to contact me several times with no success
,will probably throw it away or give it to the attorney generals office
if I happen to pass by there ,before finding these scumbags and slitting their throats
ans watching their blood flow like a river then cut out their liver and use it for bait

Yep, same letter, number I had was 855-696-5531. Nice to have these posting where we can come together and confirm it was a scam.

Same card as everyone else. Except the number was 1-877-797-9434. Scam.

I received the same postcard yersterday 5/7/13 only the phone number has changed to 877-657-2116.
Thank you to all who have posted before.  I assumed it was a scam that is how this site was discovered.

I think it's interesting how everyone got the same card but many different phone numbers. The number I got was 877-797-9434. I'm getting so annoyed by scams. The info above is from the Travelocity site but the postcard that you got has no connection to the company.

It's a vacation Club. Someone gave your name up to get $100 if you came to  the seminar, or $300 if you buy int it.

Search our database of over 70,000 hotels worldwide by city and date or use the Advanced Search tool for custom searches.

2. Apply the 19- digit Promotion Code value as payment.

After choosing your hotel reservation, you will be asked to enter your 19 digit Promotion Code. Simply apply the value of your Travelocity Hotel Gift Card for full or partial payment of the hotel reservation. The balance, if necessary may be paid with a major credit card.

3. Reservation confirmation.

I received the same postcard 'to help celebrate their birthday in 2013',  but the number was 800-514-2417.    The  minute I saw it  I said it's too good to be true.  Nuttin's free!

Didn't get a call but did get the post card. Saying to Call Toll Free 1800-514-2417. Mine said "To help celebrate our birthday in 2013" Our who?.
