These people were rude and and not forthcoming with information.

Called looking for my brother but of course "can't share any info".  Pretty sure they are scammers as I received a call right afterwards from a William Oaks from a LPS Legal Firm and I threatened to turn him into the FBI. Their number is 704-464-0168.

you know what makes it worse..... if you pay a debt and this company comes back 10 years later claiming the debt was never paid..... and is harassing not just you but your entire family!!!!! and you have proof your debt was paid as you call the hospitals and they say all debts are paid in full!!!!!!! that is what is messed up!!! this company is scandalous!!!!!!!

I don't have any debt, I never HAVE had any, and I don't own a credit card. I'm still being spammed by these idiots.

How is it a ponzi scheme if you owe someone $?  Do you think you can get service for something and then not pay for it?  You can always work out arrangements.  Just ignoring the matter makes it worse.

This is a Collection Agency and they are contracted by organizations from all over the contiguous USA trying to collect funds, so you could live in Kalamazoo, MI and never visited Virginia, but if you have one iota of debt or a monstrosity of debt, they may be calling you, so there you have it!

You got to love this world, nothing but a big phat ponzi scheme, the rich get richer, because they have poor folks working for them doing dirty work and then they learn to scam and it is a vicious cycle. It's in every business, Health Care, Banking, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, I could go on forever like the scheme will, but i will die. And when I do, the Funeral Homes, will take advantage of someone that cares for me, when they are most vulnerable.

Everyone is saying this number is from Virginia and hospitals a stuff in virginia but i am getting a call from them and i have been to virginia once on vacation when i 7. like almost 15 years ago. i live in New York and Arkansas so i have no idea why they are calling me. but it must not be that important if they call me once every month. and it rings twice but they hang up before i can answer the phone. it's been going on for about 4 months now and i have never actually gotten to talk with them because they just hang up.

I got a call from this company too -- it was for someone else who provided my phone number though.  Claimed they would take it out of the system.

Just got my first call from them asking for an Angela. My voicemail greeting CLEARLY states my name, and its not Angela. Ive had this # since 1999.

Probably been calling me about my bill due to the University of Virginia health center. Caller ID was different. "personal buisness" is aparently their favorite quote.

VM says to call "Ms. Howard" about business matter.  This is a legitimate call, because I owe money to Martha Jefferson Hospital from last year.  They stopped sending me paper invoice, so I forgot about it.  This is collections - they are nice/willing to work with you on payment.

am getting calls from this number but everytime i call back no one answers and when they do answer they can't tell me who or what they call about.

The number is for Credit Control Corp. in Virginia.  This collection agency was calling for an amount owed to Chesapeake General Hospital in Chesapeake, VA.  It's a valid number and business.
