Call from Hugh Jenner with County Research Corp. Debt reduction plan, rates are going up. Call immediately. this call was placed to a company after hours phone line to a help desk number.

GUY BY THE NAME OF WILLIAMS HAS LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR MY SON WHO DOESN'T LIVE WITH ME. HE GOT AHOLD OF MY NEIBORS AND ASKED THEM TO TELL ME IF WE DIDN'T CALL HE WOULD PUT OUT A WARRENT FOR OUR ARREST.

They call EVERY day with recorded message as reported by others . I have no debt. THIs is so annoying.

tHEY WERE CALLING ATLEAST, TWICE A DAY, AND SAYING CALL WAS IMPORTANT FOR MY WIFE, AND NEVER MENTIONED WHO THEY ARE. THEY WANTED US TO CALL BACK ON THIS NUMBER, AND EACH TIME THEY CALL THEY GIVE DIFFERENT EXTENSION #. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO REPORT ON THIS ABUSE. THEY ARE CALLING ON MY CELL PHONE. CALLER ID SAYS "UNKNOWN"

I have a charge on my Visa Card, $9.55, unused card by me. Transaction Description is SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT and this 877 number is listed.  I called it - answering machine.  Also, refer to 877-261-7382 report here on this site to see same complaints of fraud referring to both numbers. I have reported this to my bank and will close account.

Please be careful.  This number is a scam being used in many different ways to collect both information and money.  Do not respond to it in any way.  A fraudulent charge for $9.65 appeared on our credit card statement for System Development 877-277-7903.  Neither the company nor the amount have any relationship to anything we have done financially.  We have cancelled the card and the charge is being reversed.

This number is for a fraudulent company apparently using multiple methods to steal from people.  I made no purchases from this company but I have a charge on my credit card statement as System Development an electronics retailer in Costa Mesa CA.  I received a charge on my credit card for $9.65.  I reported it to my credit card company immediately.  They are investigating the company.  If this happens to you make sure you call your credit card company ASAP and ask them to investigate, dispute the charge and cancel your credit card and issue you a new number.  There are several other websites out there that have people posting about the same issue.

I have had this voicemail message twice - call the number to resolve, give this reference number, etc. - on my cell. The name given that they're trying to contact is completely unknown to me. It comes up as "unavailable" when they call, so I don't answer. Annoying.

I received a charge of $9.65 on my credit card for "System Development" from an electronics company in "Costa Mesa, CA" that I knew nothing about. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. The people who own this phone number are scammers. No one answers the phone when you call 877-277-7903...you just get an answering machine message.

just got a call from, i answered and hugh someone told me my credit card debt was getting too high and i should call him right away. i did, to have my number removed from the list. the message said to press 1 if i wanted to be removed from the list or stay on the line to speak to an operator. i pressed 1 and the call disconnect. i called again thinking it was my mistake but got the same result. then i called the 800 number and waited on a rep who promptly slammed the phone down on my ear. dead serious. i could literally hear the phone slam i my ear. who are these idiots?

Voice mail was left telling me that it was essential that I call. He (?) needed to make a decision that would effect me. Requested that I call regarding my claim. A week ago another vm was left asking that I call back regarding a court date.

I called the which is also. The person (mrs. Soshi) picked up the phone right away and told me very politly that she is calling from Encore. They are debt collectors, a valid company. So I guess the only way to make them stop calling is to pay your bills :) This situation doesnt pertain to Chris and the case of mistaken identity.

This number showed up on one of my credit cards too for $9.55. I recently used this card for Staples.com and German autoparts.com. I think my number was stolen from one of these merchants.

Number of credit card has proven to be a potential thief.  Credit card has been cancelled and the number given to their security.  (877-277-7903)  Anyone know just where they are located?

These people could be anywhere.  It doesn't really matter.  The important thing is to make sure your bank cancels that credit or debit card number so that nobody can charge your account again.  You are absolutely correct about the small charge. Most people don't want to  go through the trouble of getting a card re-issued for such a small amount.  The problem is that if you don't, your next charge could be thousands of dollars!  The thieves make a lot of money this way though.  If they charge 1000 cards at an average of $9.50, they have made $9500.00!!!

This number is on my credit card for a charge of $9.60 for what I do not know but the same amount is used buy crooks on thousands of cards as they think no one will look at a $9.60 charge.  Does anyone know where the people are located?

I have a charge on my bank account from this number $9.55 from System Development in Costa Mesa, California.  I believe I have had my debit/credit card numbers stolen.  Be sure to notify your bank if you see a transaction like this one on your statement.

If you do happen to call their number (877-277-7903), DO NOT leave any information on the machine that picks up. You will only give them more data from which to continue to steal your identity.

Same thing..caller never leaves a message. I do not answer to calls that don't leave messages no matter if I owe them a debt or not. If they can't leave a message, then don't call.

I get the samething from the exact same #. I tried calling 411 but they have no info on that # either. I too will complain to my carrier.

Very crappy line, always cuts out, can't understand a word these idiots try to even say!! Keeps calling me, even though I've told them the person they want is NOT at my number. They ask for Frank Wells. So Frank from Toledo, if you are reading this, learn to give out your proper phone number to people, you ignorant douchbag!!
