I also just received a call from this number. It rang only twice before they hung up. I didn't get to answer it. That would make sense if it was time warner because I just was on their site a week ago seeing how much cable and internet would be and I assume they have my information. I didn't sign up for anything but the next step they wanted was for me to scheduale a time to set it up.

It is from Time Warner. But the people ar really RUDE. They will check you: you order service from Time Warner. Did you schedule an installation? yes. Then she hang up. Not only the behavior, the voice is also rude.
