I've been waitng since May for my order. Nobody ever calls you back or sends you a message. I had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my money back and to this day have never heard a word back from this company. I don't get it. Is it a dummy site or something, because I know we have been having problems with those in other threads. They act like they have merchandise but really it's just a dummy site to get your money. I left a ton of messages for months. Never a word. Definitely stay away from PureAndBeautiful.Com!

Stop being a bunch of cry babies. I had a great experience Shopping at PureandBeautiful. I placed and order 1st and then I saw this site and began to panic. Before I did even got a chance to cancel my order, My package arrived and I got the free stuff I ordered too.

Actually Yahoo dropped them and is no longer supporting them. If you try to order something today, it says that they are accepting Paypal orders only so Yahoo is into them! Paypal remains like a sitting duck. It's only a matter of time before they are flooded with complaints because they will be getting more of them now and than they will shut these crooks down completely. I can't believe they thought they could do this to people and continue this reign of terror uninterrupted!

Also beware as they have another site called EnvyMyBeauty.Com that looks pretty similar (same basic set up and products and everything).

As you can see from the Better Business Bureau links, both companies are owned by the same person and both companies have the worst rating the BBB can give (a complete F). What I want to know is why on earth Yahoo is still powering these stores which appear to be dummy sites. When you never hear a word from a company ever again after placing an order and this is happening in great numbers, it's time to pull that site down and attempt to do some damage control like yesterday!

Buyer Beware! Do not do business with this company! There are several people out there trying to get this woman (this is a one horse operation) to refund their money or even respond to their many phone calls and e-mails. This website "Pureandbeautiful.Com" carries very discounted hair products and offers excellent customer service and a 24 hour response time. There are people all over (have a look at Resellerratings.Com) who were charged through Paypal or on their credit cards and never received a thing from this site (not even so much as an e-mail or a phone call despite numerous attempts to get some form of communication going). This site takes your money and that's it. You never hear from them again ever! I was just taken by them for a fair amount of money and so were many others out there. When I read the stories at Resellerratings.Com, my heart sank because I knew what lay ahead for me as well (I have been trying for some time now to get them to respond to my many e-mails and telephone calls regarding my order).

Hopefully others will come and share their stories. One thing I noticed is that this is a brand new company so the search engines are only JUST now pulling this company up. There may be many out there who don't even realize yet that they have even scammed. File a fraud claim or dispute with your banks and through Paypal and make sure to file a complaint with Yahoo because Yahoo powers this person's site (I am stunned that Yahoo would continue to do so in lieu of the fact that they have already received many complaints)! What do they need...a neon sign!
