THIS CALLER NOT ONLY CALLS AT ALL HOURS OF THEY DAY, BUT THEY ALSO SEND TEXT MESSAGES.  THEY HAVE NOT LEFT ANY MESSAGE.  HOW DO I BLOCK THEM FROM MY PHONE?:

I received a call from this company, Capital Management about a $21,000 debt they said I owed but would settle for $12, 000 if I paid right away. They said the debt was on a credit card. The credit card company was MBNA which I have never had in my life. Total scam. Read the rip-off reports and the complaint boards. They are all over them.

Won't stop calling despite fact that they have wrong name, wrong social security number and wrong address.  Rude.
