Just called the number and spoke to customer service at Chase - they wanted my information but since I don't bank with them, I gave them the number they keep calling. They found it asked me if I was the person connected to the number, I told them no and they said it would be taken off. They were very pleasant. I hope it works!

I have the same problem. No matter how many times I tell them (Chase) "you have the wrong number" they just keep calling. I have ask for a manager and ask them to stop calling me and that did not help. I finely had to block the number and they still call every day. I have never done any business with Chase and if this is the way they run their business I never will. Shame on Chase Bank!

I called our local Chase bank directly to see if 877-287-7303 was a legitimate Chase phone number.
It is the number to their collections department.

This # called ou business and when I answered, they hung up. Well, I memorized the incoming # and called back, this is Not Chase, it is a Company trying to sell cruises, which I got ripped off once and told them that.

Yeah, and take note of every time they call... theyre violating your rights and you could get pretty good money if you ever choose to sue. These people dont understand the FDCPA laws and dont care about them.
| joey 2013-06-06 12:53:09 Unknown |

Who owns this phone number and when can you go to Court? This is the Department of Criminal Justice Services from Richmond, VA. It appears that extortionist are being investigated by the FBI and your Attorney General's Office. I will this forward this to their office in your state where I can file a formal complaint about a Corporations Account being debited via internet crimes.
This account number has an 802/10 which tells me it is a cell phone trying to debit a corporation and a personal account.
More than likely an Iphone... Beware.... your extortion routine is about to find you OUT!

This obnoxious line calls me 24/7 and I do have accounts at chase. Never speak to them and trying to block their number or take other action. There has to be a limit on calls being made. At some point it's pretty obvious the person u calling not taking u call. Try something else already.

Chase reimbursed part of the money they took. I took a loss, but at least I was able to get some money back. I now bank with BofA & they've been good to me so far.
| Jay Baca 2013-01-17 21:32:18 Unknown |
I dug through all my old paperwork and found proof that the charges were paid. So they reimbursed part of the money. The rest of it, I had to write off. I bank with BofA and they have been good to me so far.

Got a call from Chase on my teenage son's account. The account went negative $22 because they decided to pay something for him as a "courtesy." When his direct deposit hit, they sucked up his check and then returned everything that he had set up to pay. Ultimately, it resulted in hundreds of dollars in fees. Needless to say, he opened a new Chase account - they let him do this with the negative amount in the other account. They called because they wanted to collect a whopping $566.97. WTH? I disputed it and they now want to settle for the overdrawn amount and for the items they paid. So, they are settling for $206. WTH? I'm not as angry, because it doesn't report to chex systems or the the credit bureaus, but WTH? He will pay it because he owes it, but dang that's a lot of fees they tried to collect - but he likes the convenience of Chase. SMH

I went through a major problem with Chase, when they took money out of my account to offset a credit card that was discharged in BK7 in 2009. BIG mistake, per the bankruptcy attorney, so I should be getting my money back. I HATE them.

I have been reading all the complaints and yours is exact to mine except they are saying I owe Chase. then how the heck did I manage to open my account?
Makes no sense to me.
